Purpose
This role is responsible for ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and compliance of all billing components within the Company’s SAP Customer Information and Billing Systems across all jurisdictions. This role ensures that billing configurations and rate structures are aligned with approved tariffs and regulatory requirements for gas, water, and electric services throughout the U.S. and Canada.
The Manager serves as the enterprise lead for billing system governance, overseeing configuration changes, testing, and validation processes related to tariff updates, rate case implementations, and system enhancements that may impact billing components. Working closely with the Billing, Customer Care, IT, and business operations teams, this individual ensures that billing components function seamlessly and that all updates are implemented with precision and control to mitigate downstream impacts.
Accountabilities
- Ensure all billing components within SAP are properly configured and maintained according to each company’s approved tariffs and regulatory requirements.
- Oversee the timely update of billing tables and configuration changes following any approved rate case or tariff revision.
- Partner closely with leaders for the implementation of billing changes resulting from rate proceedings.
- Verify that all rate elements (e.g., distribution, transmission, riders, taxes, and surcharges, multipliers etc.) are accurately reflected in the billing system.
- Ensure that all rate adjustments, new tariff structures, and regulatory directives are correctly translated into billing system logic.
- Review and assess all proposed billing system enhancement requests from business units to identify and mitigate risks to existing billing component data tables and configuration integrity.
- Direct or support testing activities for all billing system updates, including regression and validation testing, to confirm billing accuracy prior to implementation.
- Develop and maintain processes for documentation, review, and approval of all billing-related system changes.
- Ensure strong controls are in place for versioning, change tracking, and audit compliance.
- Serve as the liaison between Customer Care, IT, and Regulatory teams to ensure that business requirements are properly defined, tested, and implemented in SAP.
- Facilitate working sessions to align on timelines, testing expectations, and deployment strategies.

Position overview
Conduct Restoration, preservation, maintenance, and repair services consistent to Client factory standards for Client Classic Vehicles. Assist in preparation of customer estimates and project plans. Participate in end of project Quality reviews. Prepare all Completed Project Vehicles for customer delivery. Contribute to the development and implementation of the Classic Factory Restoration strategy in concert with but not limited to AfterSales and Vehicle Operations.
Primary responsibilities:
- Recommend and perform restoration on but not limited to engines, transmissions, body work, electrical, and suspension components consistent with Client Classic restoration standards.
- Perform maintenance services such major & minor services and repairs as well as Tire & wheel changes and additional services as necessary consistent with Client standards.
- Perform vehicle and part cleaning services as needed

- Monitor and work closely with the Classic Team to achieve the Client Classic and Factory Restoration qualitative and quantitative targets (KPIs). Define plans to improve them if necessary

Position Summary
The Banquet Server performs all tasks associated with setting up, serving, and breaking down of Events. This position is responsible for the prompt, courteous, smooth and efficient service of food and beverage to guests during banquets and outdoor functions. This position reports to the Food & Beverage Manager.

Essential Job Functions/Key Job Responsibilities
- Handle guest’s requests in a warm, friendly professional and efficient manner
- Maintain positive communication with kitchen personnel
- Ensure guests satisfaction and inform Banquet Manager of guest’s comments and complaints
- Serve guests food and beverage according to standards of performance
- Set tables and check table setup according to standards
- Maintain the proper care and cleanliness of serving equipment and stack and handle china, glass and silver to avoid breakage and misuse
- Assist in emergency and security procedures as directed by management and the established emergency plan
- Reset function rooms, clean all banquet areas and perform side duties as assigned
- Other duties as assigned
Education & Experience Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- 1 year of serving, bartending or food and beverage experience required
- 1 year advanced beverage knowledge preferred
- TIPS Certified preferred
- Knowledge of food, beverage and banquet products offered
- Knowledge of company policies and procedures
- Basic wine knowledge
- Understanding on how to assist customers and meet their needs effectively
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Ability to do basic problem-solving
- Ability to work under stressful circumstances
- Ability to quickly adapt to changes in processes, customer flow, environments, and tasks
- Proficiency in communicating clearly in English, both verbally and in writing to team members and customers
- Ability to engage with customers in a positive and helpful manner
- Attention to detail
Work Environment & Physical Demands
- Ability to reach, crouch, kneel, stand, walk or be on your feet for extended periods of time
- Regularly work in wet, hot and humid conditions for extended periods of time and may be required to walk on slippery and uneven surfaces
- Must be able to occasionally lift, push or pull up to 50 lbs. individually or with assistance (weight limits can vary according to position, but no more than 50)

The Food Runner is responsible for delivering food and beverages from the kitchen to guests in a timely and professional manner, ensuring an exceptional dining experience. This role requires attention to detail, effective communication, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. This position reports to the Restaurant Manager.

Essential Job Functions/Key Job Responsibilities
- Deliver food and beverages from the kitchen to guests promptly and accurately
- Ensure all orders are complete and properly presented before delivery
- Assist servers by providing refills, condiments, and special requests to guests
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and servers to ensure order accuracy
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of food runners' station and dining areas
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues regarding food service
- Assist with clearing dishes and resetting tables during and after meals
- Ensure food is delivered at the correct temperature and in a timely manner
- Follow safety and sanitation procedures while handling food and beverages
- Support restaurant staff with additional tasks, such as stock replenishment or prep assistance
