Under general supervision execute projects that require the creation and evaluation of original design. Participate in the analysis and validation of design and theoretical concepts, working from and adapting a wide range of established research techniques.
Key Deliverables

Key Activities & Responsibilities
- · Initiate and execute the Product Design and Development (PDD) process to ensure product definitions and specifications are met by all stakeholders.
- · Participate and contribute to product design meetings including product specifications, material selection, 3D CAD models, and detailed 2D drawings.
- · Collaborate as a member of cross-functional project teams from concept to testing, and ultimately to production.
- · Conduct design for manufacture assessments involving manufacturing expertise to ensure that final design will support lean manufacturing principles, build quantity, cost, and performance requirements.
- · Develop design concepts to meet cost objectives and, interface with vendors and suppliers to locate and approve components.
- · Administer design history and practice proper engineering document control processes to ensure drawings are up to date.
- · Work toward identifying commonality in design to assist with manufacturing standardization.
- · Demonstrate technical and written skills via generating and filing reports of design analyses for future reference and demonstrate interpersonal skills via preparing and presenting findings.
- · Provide timely response to Root Cause Analysis and Corrective action requests related to design issues and/or warranty problems to support the engineering solution applied in the field.

Manufacturing Environment
Shop manufacturing environment exposures include exposure to moving mechanical parts, machinery, tools and equipment, vibration, fumes or airborne particles, motorized vehicles, welding and machining operations, outside weather conditions and exposure to the risk of electric shock. The employee may occasionally be exposed to varying levels of dirt, dust, toxic or caustic chemicals, very warm and/or very chilly temperatures. The noise level in the shop can be very loud at times consistent with an industrial assembly facility and may require hearing protection. SUMMARY OF POSITION
The Mid Market Regional Sales Executives (RSE) is a "Hunter" role responsible for acquiring new Strata 2 customers within a defined geographic territory. Incumbent will be the face of ePac in their local market, building relationships and closing new business. The objective is to establish and grow ePac's footprint in their region by relentlessly pursuing new logo acquisition. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own the full sales cycle for acquiring new Strata 2 customers in an assigned territory.
- Develop and execute a territory plan to identify and prioritize high-potential local prospects.
- Build a robust pipeline through a mix of outbound prospecting, networking, and in-person meetings.
- Conduct on-site discovery meetings to understand customer needs and present tailored packaging solutions.
- Manage the negotiation and closing process for new mid-market accounts.

Rock West Composites, Inc. is an engineering and manufacturing company dedicated to providing innovative solutions for commercial and government customers. This position is located in our San Diego HQ office at 7625 Panasonic Way San Diego, CA and reports to the Director of Engineer. This location is primarily a small batch, prototype, and R&D facility supporting DoD, Space, and commercial clients.
Position Summary:
The Manufacturing Engineer is expected to oversee the activities associated with the planning, development, implementation and maintenance of manufacturing methods, processes and operations for new and existing products. This includes ensuring the effective use of materials, equipment, tooling and personnel in producing quality products at minimum costs. Under limited supervision, determines, for programs of the highest complexity for any customer, the optimal manufacturing methods and processes for producing company products. Generally, will see a product from start-up through satisfactory production, coordinating the manufacturing processes required to meet customer, government and company requirements.
Primary Position Responsibilities:
- Daily interface with Manufacturing and Program Managers to establish clear lines of communication and provide program/task status
- Creation of EBOMS, MBOMS, work instructions, travelers, process specifications and material selections, in support of production manufacturing programs. Maintain control of production processes
- Ability to mentor and develop junior staff
- Create part fabrication documentation as required to support manufacturing and quality
- Recommend and implement process improvements to improve part quality, reduce cycle-time and cost
- Support design concept activities for part and tool fabrication and use
- Support the resolution of technical problems at the direction of Program/Engineering management
- Interface with customer engineering and part/raw material suppliers to resolve technical problems
- Perform red-line duties to parts on shop floor and implement engineering changes to parts in process
- Address MRB conditions and recommend and implement corrective actions
- Supports management in assuming all safety regulations are met and maintain safe working environment
- Maintains a neat and orderly work area and supports the company FOD program
- Responsible for estimating requirements for staffing, time of production, and costs to provide relevant data for any operational decisions

KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop/write robust manufacturing process based on formulation and equipment for the compounding team.
- Maintain, revise & document processes.
- Develop robust fill/assembly procedures based on formula, packaging & filling equipment.
- Lead with R&D Technology transfer; Lab scale-up to Pilot to Manufacturing
- Supervise first production & validation batches
- Participate in line trials.
- Develop and implement innovative solutions for compounding and filling of new products while maintaining consistent product quality.
- Chemistry or Chemical (or Mechanical) Engineering Degree.
- 5+ yrs experience in a manufacturing of cosmetics or personal care products.
- Knowledgeable of Quality regulations for Cosmetic products.
- Excellent analytical & problem solving skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Power Point).
- Superior communication skills (Spanish fluency is preferred).

The diagnostic sonographer utilizes high frequency sound waves and other diagnostic techniques for medical diagnosis.
Education, License & Cert:
ARRT/RDMS certification or certification eligible required: If certification eligible must pass certification within 12 months of hire date.
Essential Functions:
1. Performs the scanning examination requested by the referring physician, modifying the examination, depending on the findings demonstrated, and review the examination with the supervising radiologist.
2. Assists the radiologist or the clinician in special procedures such as percutaneous fluid aspiration or biopsy procedures.
3. Performs routine equipment checks for resolution and other quality control procedures, as necessary.
4. Must be able to react quickly to emergency situations such as patient fainting, patient being unsteady while getting on to scanning table, if unsafe situation occurs (such as fire), getting patient to safety and sounding alarm. Ability to work alone and get job done in an efficient manner.
5. Must be able to lift, push, reach, bend, stop and walk in order to care for patients
6. Develops and processes permanent film records of the examination or verifies images are sent to PACs.
7. Maintains an inventory of coupling agent, film, drugs and other supplies and requisitions supplies and materials, as needed.
8. Maintains sterile instruments, as needed, may clean and re-sterilize them or return them to central supply for sterilization and storage.
9. Teaches ultrasound technique to student technologists.
10. Demonstrates willingness to accept non-routine work assignments, as appropriate.
11. Some specialties will be included in call rotation on a scheduled basis, and able to be on call and in the department within 1 hour after being called for a procedure.
12. Must be able to sit/stand for prolonged period of time in performing the ordered examination (usually 30-60 minutes for each patient)

Education, License & Cert: Graduate of a 24 month AMA approved radiologic technology program NYS License CPR Certified ARRT(MR) certification or Certification eligible Experience: Minimum of six months preferred as a registered MR Technologist Essential Functions: 1.
Preparing and positioning patients for MRI of various parts of the body.
Positioning includes setting up equipment (coils, monitoring devices, etc.) and patient in relation to each other to provide best demonstration of body part under study.
Is able to lift and position all coils.
2.
Screening patients and personnel for any ferrous metal implants or other objects on them including credit cards and all potential missiles.
Ensures that no patient/visitor/healthcare worker enters scan room with ferromagnetic objects or contraindicated implants.
3.
Based on protocols established by physician, selects appropriate pulse sequences from monitoring console for scan procedures.
Accurately records all pulse sequences implemented for exam.
May recommend changes in protocol or additional instructions to provide additional diagnostic information.
4.
Evaluates results of scanning procedure for quality of results and completeness.
Manipulates images through use of console keyboard and mouse to display to physician.
Using terminal, can select all image display options.
Recognizes problems and rectifies with respect to selection made of operation.
5.
Sends images to PACS system, evaluates exam for completeness, and verifies exam in timely manner.
Develops a working knowledge of all PACS capabilities.
6.
Performs daily Quality Assurance tests on equipment.
7.
Monitoring proper level of cryogens to ensure integrity of magnet.
8.
Informs Radiology Manager or Supervisor and appropriate service personnel of system problems and documents accurately and completely.
Other Duties: A.
Cleaning and restocking rooms daily.

Ability to deal with stressful situations (e.g.
trauma) C.
Reports problems occurring with equipment to Coordinator or Director of Imaging.
D.
Meets regularly at Radiology departmental meetings.
