The Tomahawk program continues to grow and expand as a relevant deterrent against adversaries across the globe and is employed by multiple military organizations. The successful candidate for the role of Software Engineer Developer will play a crucial role in the design, development, testing, and maintenance of non-embedded software throughout the end-to-end lifecycle that meets industry, customer, and safety standards for the Tomahawk program, while adhering to strict government regulations. Essential Functions:

Minimum Qualifications:

• Must possess an Associate/Diploma Degree in Health Information Technology (HIT) or Advanced degree in nursing (NP, APN) or Physician Assistant. In absence of college degree, must have three (3) years' experience as an inpatient code or documentation specialist.
• Preferred Certifications: RN, RHIA, RHIT, CCS, CCDS or CDIP
• Experienced in critical care, medical or surgical inpatient care nursing as an RN, PA, NP, APN or inpatient coder preferred
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, collaboration and relationship building skills. Strong critical thinking skills, and ability integrate knowledge. Prioritization and organizations skills required.
• Demonstrated ability to use standardized desktop and Windows based computer system. Data entry and typing skills at minimum 30 wph.

We are seeking a highly dependable and versatile Lead Office Services Associate to support the day-to-day operations of a dynamic office environment. This is a hands-on, “wear many hats” role responsible for ensuring seamless delivery of office services, facilities coordination, IT support, and hospitality functions.

Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30am-4:30pm with 1 hour lunch (35 hour work week).

Hourly Pay: $27/hr.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage mail services including sorting, scanning, delivery, and postage application
• Coordinate courier services and outgoing shipments
• Handle printing, copying, and document scanning requests
• Process invoices and maintain accurate records
• Order and coordinate food services for meetings and events
• Plan and support office events and team lunches
• Reset and maintain conference rooms to ensure readiness
• Monitor, restock, and order office supplies
• Maintain organized records and file management systems
• Liaise with building management for facilities-related requests
• Provide reception coverage, greet visitors, and manage incoming calls
• Monitor conference room schedules and proactively prepare meeting spaces
• Provide basic IT support including laptop setup, troubleshooting, AV support, and desktop imaging (training provided)
