Responsibilities
- Handle General Liability bodily injury claims of varying complexity and severity

- Provide exceptional customer service to insureds, claimants, carrier clients, and internal stakeholders, using empathy and conflict-resolution skills

Position Summary
The Demand Planner is responsible for developing and maintaining accurate demand forecasts to support Midland Industries’ inventory, purchasing, and sales planning processes. This role analyzes historical sales data, market trends, seasonality, and customer demand patterns to create reliable forecasts that optimize inventory levels and ensure product availability across Midland’s distribution network.
The Demand Planner works cross-functionally with Sales, Purchasing, Product Management, and Operations to improve forecast accuracy, reduce excess inventory, and support Midland’s service level goals.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Demand Forecasting
- Utilize Demand planning tool to provide insights and forecasts to the business.
- Develop and maintain monthly demand forecasts at the product, category, and regional levels.

Inventory Optimization

Data Analysis & Reporting
- Maintain forecasting systems, dashboards, and reports to track demand trends and forecast accuracy.

- Manage inventory reporting and forecasting.
Cross-Functional Collaboration

Core Responsibilities:
- Complete assigned duties with an exceptional level of accuracy and timeliness
- Implement project start up and close out procedures as directed by Project Manager
- Assist Project Managers in the subcontract/buyout process, including but not limited to, bid analysis, subcontract document drafting and purchase orders
- Acquire an understanding of all subcontract scopes of work, subcontract agreements, project plans, specifications, and prime contract with the Owner
- Create list of required submittals and pursue subcontractors. Upon receipt, review submittals for completeness as per project plans and specifications
- Upon receipt of changes by Owner, Architect, or Engineer, create Proposal Request and forward to applicable subcontractors for pricing
- Assist Project Superintendent with field related coordination and updating the project schedule
- Assist Project Managers in all project meetings (i.e. OAC, Coordination)
- Follow through with subcontractors to ensure all proposals are received. Analyze proposals for completeness
- Process and distribute RFIs timely and coordinate with affected subcontractors
- Assist Project Manager with maintaining the project schedule
- Assist Project Manager with maintaining the Potential Change Order to Owners log and Subcontractor Change Orders
- Assist Project Manager in budget and change order management
Physical Requirements
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
- Ability to operate a computer keyboard, mouse, and other office equipment (e.g., copier, scanner, telephone)
- Frequent use of hands and fingers for data entry and document handling
- Occasionally required to stand, walk, bend, or reach
- Ability to lift up to 15 pounds occasionally (e.g., boxes of documents or office supplies)
- Visual acuity to read and produce documents, spreadsheets, and reports
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in person, over the phone, and via email

The Lead Project Superintendent will be responsible for building projects like schools, municipal, and commercial buildings.
Additionally, provide overall administrative and technical direction for a project and ensure the project is constructed safely in accordance with contract documents, design, budget, schedule and in compliance with all federal, state, and local laws. This position will work with a Project Manager and report to a General Superintendent.
· Responsible for the administration of the Project Safety Program and for the safe execution of all activities, with strict adherence to company safety policies and programs to include instituting corrective measures as needed to obtain the required results.
· Ensure all project permits are in place and monitor permit compliance with documentation.
· Ensure all company, client, and project policies, procedures, and standards are adhered to.
· Maintain a good knowledge of the contract specifications, documents and the scope of work, including subcontracts and purchase orders.
· Responsible for the oversight and management of all administrative functions and reporting.
· Responsible for the oversight and management of all technical/engineering functions. (i.e. planning, means and methods, scheduling, submittals, transmittals, shop drawings, critical lift plans, etc.) as required.
· Responsible for the daily subcontractor coordination and daily schedule work plans adhering to the master project schedule.
· Responsible for the daily superintendent report to document weather, site conditions, information requests, daily labor and material/equipment deliveries.
· Be proactive in employee development, training and advancement.
· Ensure compliance with all Quality Control measures, testing requirements, and inspections.
· Participate in formal and informal partnering sessions.
· Coordinate extra work requirements with the Project Manager.
· May be involved with bids to help review and advise on schedules, means and methods, equipment requirements, labor requirements and cost.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- 2-5 years as a Construction Superintendent
- Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills

Who Staffing is looking for an IT Infrastructure Technician for a full-time, contract-to-hire opportunity with our client at their corporate headquarters in Windsor Mill, MD.
Job Summary:
The IT Infrastructure Technician role serves as an escalation point for Tier 1 support and provides advanced technical support to the user base. Support is provided via phone, email, text, and in-person/on-site visits to users at any of their ten (10) locations surrounding the Baltimore, MD area. Candidates for this position should possess strong communication, customer service, and advanced technical skills.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide advanced troubleshooting and resolution for complex technical issues.
- Assist Tier 1 support with escalated tickets and provide guidance as needed.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot computer hardware and software.
- Assist with new hire onboarding account setup and change requests.
- Monitor the helpdesk ticketing system queue and act as the primary point of contact for escalated issues.
- Coordinate break/fix work with company vendors, including deliveries and installs.
- Manage IT projects as needed and assist with departmental projects.
Requirements:
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Detail-oriented approach to tasks.
- Customer service-oriented attitude.
- Must have own vehicle (car allowance provided).
- A+/Net+/Microsoft certifications required.
- Advanced knowledge of LAN/WAN networks and TCP/IP troubleshooting.

- 5+ years of IT experience, including supporting a Microsoft Windows environment.
- Experience maintaining and improving Microsoft 365 environments, including SharePoint and Teams.
- Capable of working independently as well as part of a team.
- Flexible, quick learner who is resourceful, perseveres, and understands the value of documentation.
- Ability to communicate and work with all levels of staff who possess varying degrees of technical skills.
- Ability to perform physical work, including squatting, kneeling, crawling, using/working on a step ladder, sitting, walking, and standing for sustained periods, as well as the ability to lift up to 25 pounds if needed.
- Flexibility to work off hours as needed, including some evenings/weekends.
