The Media Supervisor is responsible for the negotiation and placement of all media for existing clients. As a Supervisor, you are responsible for all video, FEP, and advanced TV negotiations and account maintenance. The Supervisor will be part of a team assigned to specific clients and help manage the account from the start of negotiations to the final campaign wrap up and help manage a team of buyers assigned to the accounts. The Supervisor will mentor and train assistants and buyers. The successful candidate must also be a creative thinker, incorporating the latest media trends and innovations, including streaming video and online video. The Supervisor will learn to deal effectively with clients and work closely with our planning group in managing budgets, developing strategies, negotiating media buys, and executing customized enhancements. It is imperative that this candidate follows technology and creative work to stay on top of pertinent information and trends.
Responsibilities
- The Video Investments Supervisor will manage all aspects of the national buying process, including the development of branded content, detailed audience tracking, strategic negotiations, and tactical scheduling.
- Execution of Data-driven and Addressable TV and Video campaigns when applicable.
- Must deal effectively with clients and work closely with our media planning group in developing strategies and customized enhancements.
- The ideal candidate will also have some experience dealing with other outside agencies or have the desire to oversee partner agencies.

The Warehouse Management Specialist (WMS) is responsible for supporting production and processing with the flow of raw materials and packaging through the facility. They will do this by verifying operator documentation, controlling losses, maintaining inventory accuracy and continuous cycle counting.

- Responsible for all aspects of food safety and quality, as applicable and defined in plant and department procedures.
- Verify and maintain proper inventory accuracy to meet internal and external customer needs.
- Ensure all required inventory counts are completed in a timely and accurate manner.
- Ensure no material shortages or downtime occur as a result of inventory discrepancies or inaccuracy.
- Ensure all reports/tasks are completed on time and accurately.
- Compare inventories & research discrepancies between WMS and SAP
- Provide timely and accurate information on raw material losses.
- Understand material ordering process and the role/responsibility of our offsite materials warehouse.
- Review and validate milk base batching sheets, consume materials to processing batch orders.
- Validate pallets produced per production, consume materials into production order.
- Teco (confirm production orders completed/closed) and final verification of high losses for accounting purposes.
- File Management of OCS and batching sheets to provide support and assist with traceability audits.
- Assist production and warehouse in making any corrections to quantities for produced finished goods pallets.
- Perform various work investigations, solve problems, collect data and complete work assignments as needed.
- Ensure physical counts of raw materials for inventory control take place and any necessary adjustments to include STO/COGI are completed timely.
- Assist operators with all WMS issues; schedule changes to meet demands, current tasks, relocations, etc.
- Manage the inventory and disposal of obsolete materials.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

The Assistant Manager, Maintenance is responsible for supporting and overseeing the day-to-day operations of the floor maintenance team. This role ensures the safe and effective operation of plant systems, processes, and equipment while promoting a strong safety culture. The Assistant Manager, Maintenance will also collaborate closely with cross-functional support teams to ensure maintenance activities align with the company's goals, values, and operational standards.

- Ensure all aspects of plant safety and quality are upheld in accordance with plant and departmental procedures.
- Lead and manage skilled maintenance technicians, schedules, and services to build a proactive, high-performing maintenance team that supports production equipment and plant operations.

Position Summary
The Creative Manager is responsible for overseeing the trafficking, launch, and quality assurance of digital creative across multiple media campaigns. This role partners closely with media teams, publishers, and platform partners to ensure creative assets are accurately tagged, delivered on time, and meet all technical and brand standards.
