This is a temporary position. The FLEX Manager, Credit Card Acquisitions, will support the U.S. Credit Card team to grow Chase cobranded credit cards, by coordinating and executing marketing campaign launches and calendars across Marriott digital channels, including website, mobile, email, paid media, and hotel properties. This role will collaborate closely and frequently with internal stakeholders, bank partners, and external agencies to optimize campaign performance and reach credit card sign-up goals. This position reports to the Sr. Director of Card Acquisitions.

Education and Experience Required

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Hospitality or related field; or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of professional experience
• Strong project management skills and exceptional attention to detail

Execute Marketing Campaigns for Chase Cobrand Credit Cards

• Support acquisitions marketing efforts for Chase cobrand credit cards, across internal and external channels, including web, mobile, e-mail, paid media, advertising, Direct Mail, PR and on property
• Develop marketing briefs utilizing Adobe Workfront and manage campaign calendars and deliverable due dates
• Manage ad-hoc marketing projects as needed, including supporting new card launches or card enhancements
• Coordinate and collaborate with external bank partner, agencies, and internal stakeholders, to execute marketing strategy and initiative prioritization
• Track performance of key initiatives and maintain reporting

Technology and Capabilities Innovations

• Support technology innovations that improve efficiency and customer experience and engagement
• Work with internal teams, agencies and bank partners to coordinate and execute ongoing testing roadmap
• Support digital placement optimizations and expansion, throughout the customer journey
• Manage creative timelines and bank approvals
• Coordinate audience targeting efforts with internal stakeholders
• Partner with internal stakeholders to maintain offer setups, determine priorities, schedules, plans and necessary resources to ensure completion of any projects on schedule
• Monitor and evaluate competitive landscape, emerging technologies and market movement

Media / Advertising / PR

• Support awareness and acquisitions marketing efforts, executing multi-million dollar marketing plan

The pay range for this position is $44.90 to $57.93 per hour.

Welders employed at Veritas Steel's Palatka location are responsible for performing FCAW & SMAW processes to codes, and standards, including repairs and miscellaneous tasks as assigned by Shop Supervisor. They must be able to meet high production demands in a timely manner and complete high-quality work with expertise. Welders must also adhere to company policies to ensure a safe working environment.

Principle Duties and Responsibilities:

• Uses proper safety equipment to ensure surfaces are adequately prepared for all operations:
• Air arc, Grove Welds, Flex Core, Full Pin
• Using correct procedures to obtain proper weld profile, etc.,
• Understands general knowledge of welding codes and welding tools
• Proper preparation, cleaning, and setup
• Hand torch setup and use
• Understand basic weld symbols/gauges
• Maintains shop, equipment, tools, vehicles, etc. for the purpose of ensuring the availability and functioning of required items and ensuring safety
• Coordinates with shop supervisor and other personnel for the purpose of completing projects/work orders efficiently, on time, and with no defects
• Adheres to safety policies to ensure a safe working environment for oneself and surrounding coworkers

Overview

The primary responsibility of a Sales Associate is to provide an exceptional shopping experience to every customer utilizing Kirkland's customer service model while assisting with all aspects of operations and merchandising with partnership and direction from the management team. Responsibilities:

• May feed, remove, flex, jog, and stack printed sheets, folded signatures, labels or other in-process product to and from the equipment in the area assigned
• Load and unloads materials onto pallets, trays, racks, and shelves by hand
• May load materials into trucks and installs strapping, bracing, or padding to prevent shifting or damage in transit, using hand tools
• Conveys materials from storage or work sites to designated area, using hand truck, electric dolly, or other device
• Counts, weighs, and records number of units of materials moved or handled on daily production sheet
• Attaches identifying tags or labels to materials or marks information on cases, bales, or other containers

Inventory Associate

Our Inventory Associate is primarily responsible for assisting the Inventory Manager with inventory control as it relates to finished inventory units being pulled for outbound deliveries.

Your role in caring for our company:

The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:

• Responsible for following all standard operating procedures (SOP) operational guidelines, verbal directives, training information, and policies when performing duties.
  
• Pulling of all inventory related items, including non-cannabis items, that are reflected on LeafLink invoice.
  
• Verifying compliance and accuracy of all packages before pulling.
  
• Responsible for accurately case packing batches as needed.
  
• Participate in all vault inventory audits.
  
• Maintain organization within the product vaults.
  
• Complete all daily duties on time and willing to accept additional job duties and responsibilities.
  
• Maintain open communication with the management team and other co-workers about daily production output.
  
• Flex to other departments to assist as needed and allowed within the production schedule.
  
• Must be comfortable working in environments with varying temperatures from 55-85.
