- The Truck Driver is responsible for delivering windows & doors to our customer base in the upper Midwest. Get to know & build relationships with our customers on a regular delivery route. Hours may vary, but drivers are home most nights of the week, without weekend deliveries.
Essential Functions:
- Delivery windows & doors to our customer base in the upper Midwest.
- Follow route schedules with adjustments as need to meet customer requests.
- Provide excellent customer service when answering customers questions regarding estimated time of arrival, location, etc.
- Verify the truck load to ensure its conformance with shipping documents.
- Check truck's equipment and supplies to ensure road worthiness.
- Communicate with Dispatch Supervisor to receive delivery/pickup instructions.
- Unload product while maintaining the trip's delivery schedule.
- Activate delivery verification scanners at point of delivery to record product receipt and signature.

Service Technician
Location: Glenwood Springs, Colorado
Pay Range: $30–$40 per hour (depending on experience)
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Position Overview
Pella Western Slope located in Glenwood Springs is hiring a Service Technician to diagnose and repair Pella windows and doors in the field. This role works directly with homeowners, builders, and internal teams to resolve product performance and warranty issues. The ideal candidate has experience installing or servicing windows and doors, strong mechanical skills, and a commitment to quality workmanship and customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Service and Repairs
- Diagnose and repair Pella windows and doors in residential homes and new construction sites
- Address product performance and warranty issues
- Perform adjustments, repairs, and replacements as needed
Preparation and Organization
- Maintain service vehicle inventory of parts and materials
- Prepare for scheduled service calls to ensure efficient work in the field
Customer Communication
- Provide updates to homeowners, sales teams, and management regarding service status
- Answer customer questions and address concerns professionally
Quality and Workmanship
- Ensure all repairs meet Pella quality standards

Qualifications
Experience
- Required: Minimum 1 year of experience installing or servicing windows and doors

- Strong mechanical aptitude and familiarity with construction tools and terminology

- Ability to read and interpret technical instructions
- Basic math skills including measurements and calculations

Office Support
- Using online tools including CRM, and in-house software, schedule estimators to attend customer locations balancing factors like route optimization, estimator experience, and availability
- Stage jobs and assist installers with their daily schedules
- Maintain and order supplies and tools to ensure the installation team and the office is properly equipped and stocked
- Accurately submit warranty registrations with suppliers as invoices are paid
Warehouse Management
- Keep the warehouse organized and safe
- Keep track of inbound and outbound shipments, following up with delivery providers where necessary
- Manage the film inventory ensuring film is ready on time each day for the installers to collect and accurately checked back in upon return
- Conduct accurate and timely inventory audits
- Maintain records of company vehicles ensuring regular maintenance is conducted and regularly conducting cleanliness and mileage checks
Teamwork
- Be flexible and seek out opportunities to help other office team members experiencing high volumes of work.
- Maintain a high level of productivity and customer service by stepping into Ops Manager duties as required
