* Patient Volume: Expect an average outpatient volume of 20-22 patients per day, providing ample opportunities for patient interaction and care delivery.
* Shared Call: Participate in a shared call schedule of 1:4 with a Nurse Triage System in place to support patient needs.
* Oversight Responsibilities: Provide oversight to two Nurse Practitioners, ensuring collaborative care delivery and optimal patient outcomes.
* Telehealth Services: Take advantage of telehealth offerings to provide convenient access to care for patients.
* Common Diagnoses: Address a variety of common diagnoses, including child and adult wellness visits, back pain, endocrinology issues, hypertension, and heart failure.
