JOB SUMMARY
Industrial Eng Technician I will support the Industrial Engineering Department in planning, designing, implementing, and managing; integrated, production and service delivery systems that assure performance, reliability, maintainability, schedule adherence and cost control within the production site.
Main focus will be assisting the IE in layout and process changes in production and entering data in IE related systems.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
· Assist in the preparation of an area for a line move or process change
· Update the Product-Process-Time database (IEDB), as directed by the Industrial Engineer
· Update/Create production Visuals, as directed by the Industrial Engineer
· Order, receive and validate tooling, as directed by the Industrial Engineer
· Insure the standardization of Jabil processes throughout the site in accordance with the global, regional and site direction
· Support the Lean organization by maintaining a solid process foundation and data integrity in order to support process improvement through the organization
· Comply and follow all procedures within the company security policy.
· May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned
JOB QUALIFICATIONS/KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS
Key Requirements:
· Understanding and application of broad range of industrial engineering tools (ie. Work measurement, process mapping, facilities and workstation design, etc.)
· A minimum of 1-2 years of manufacturing engineering/Industrial Engineering or equivalent technical roles experience
· Eye for detail when updating systems

Position Summary
Tier 1 Watch Commander/Senior Supervisory Security Officers will be the senior operational personnel for their shift and will be responsible for performing functions of a Security Officer, as required, and performing security shift supervision at the required designated Properties.

Responsibilities
- Report directly to their Contract Managers and/or Assistant Contract Managers
- Carry out all other supervisory duties as required or directed by their Contract Managers and Assistant Contract Managers

- Provide scheduling, training, and counseling for Security Officers

Qualifications
- Must possess an Associate’s degree
- Must Possess a minimum of 3 years of security supervisory experience
- Have one of the below experience qualifications:
- A minimum of 4 years in a U.S. Military Special Operations Unit or U.S. Law Enforcement Special Operations Unit, OR
- A minimum of 4 years in a combat Military Occupational Specialty (MOS) and a minimum of 2 years as a sworn law enforcement officer/agent, OR
- A minimum of 6 years as a sworn law enforcement officer/agent. For purposes of this paragraph, a sworn law enforcement officer/agent shall mean a person who is legally authorized to carry a firearm and legally empowered to perform arrests and who has satisfied all applicable legal and training requirements for armed law enforcement officers in the jurisdiction in which they were employed
- Be a U.S. Citizen with a social security card and a valid driver's license
- Must meet all medical and physical standards and satisfactorily complete background checks, psychological and drug screening
- Be able to wear protective body armor as part of the duty uniform
- Must (A) possess a current firearms certificate issued by the Washington State Criminal Justice Training Commission, (B) be licensed as an armed private security guard under Chapter 18.170 RCW (Revised Code of Washington), (C) have a valid Concealed Pistol License (CPL) in the State of Washington AND/OR be authorized under 18 U.S.C.

Job Summary and QualificationsAs a Registered Nurse First Assistant (RNFA) at Methodist Hospital, you would be responsible for the comprehensive nursing management and care during the perioperative phase. You will maintain a high level of communication, collaboration, and interaction with physicians and other health team members. As a Registered Nurse First Assistant (RNFA) you will perform interventions under the direction and supervision of the operating surgeon in accordance with the AORN and state scope of practice requirements consistent with the mission of the hospital.

What You Will Do In Your Role:
- You will function at the direction under the appropriate supervision of the attending surgeon.
- You will practice with limitations of preparation, experience and within the scope allowed by the hospital.
- You will assist with maintaining the patient's expected physiologic responses to surgery.
- You will communicate and work collaboratively with all members of the perioperative team.
- You will wear proper surgical attire, open sterile packs, instruments, and supplies for each procedure.
- You will monitor sterile field during procedure and takes appropriate measures to insure integrity.
- You will initiate corrective action for any break in technique
What Qualifications You Will Need:
- You must have a Bachelor of Science in Nursing OR RNFAs practicing prior to January 1, 2020 are not required to have a baccalaureate degree: Professional Associate or Diploma Nursing Program required.
- You must have successfully completed an RNFA program that meets AORN standards for RN first assistant education and is accepted by the National Assistant at Surgery Certification (NASC)
- Experience you must have a minimum 2 years OR experience
- You should possess your Registered Nurse License to practice as a professional RN in the state of Texas or an Active Multi-State RN Compact License. If you have a Compact License you will be required to obtain a Texas RN License within 90 days of hire.
- You should have a current BLS Certification
- You should have a current ACLS Certification

The Certified Surgical Tech First Assist (CSTFA) will provide essential support to the surgical team by evaluating and coordinating activities during surgical procedures. Perform pre and post-operative activities to facilitate optimal patient care. Works closely with surgeons in the operating room during a surgical procedure. Anticipate the needs of the surgical team and during an operation, assist the surgeon with tasks such as selecting equipment, holding open incisions, stopping bleeding, closing the incision, among other technical tasks. Collaborate with healthcare professionals including anesthesiologists and nurses to deliver high-quality patient care throughout the surgical process.
Positioning the patient for surgery and aiding with draping
Clearing the area where the surgeon will operate and holding open incisions by using tissue retractors, sponges, or operating
suction or irrigation equipmentSelecting and passing instruments and supplies during an operation
Stopping bleeding by sponging, clamping, tying, or cauterizing vessels, or suturing tissue layers as directed by the surgeon
Applying dressings to surgical wounds
Counting sponges, needles, and other materials before and after the operation
Closing the incision at the end of the procedure
Follow facility protocol and policy as well as other state and federal laws and regulations.
Qualifications:
Education: High School Diploma or GED required and completion of an accredited surgical first assistant program. Associates degree preferred.
Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience as Surgical Tech. Preferred experience as a CSFA or SA-C in diverse surgical specialties and proficiency with robotic and minimally invasive surgical
techniques.
Certifications: Certified Surgical First Assistant (CFSA) or Surgical Assistant-Certified (SA-C) required.
BLS - Basic Life Support required.
ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support preferred.

We can offer the following shift option:
You will work 5 am - 5 pm, Friday-Sunday, with voluntary overtime during the week. If hired, you will train on one of our core shifts (First Shift or Second Shift) until you are ready to be placed on the weekend shift.
Essential Functions of this position include:
* Prepare for Operation - Access job ticket information and set up the offset press machine for the correct substrate, ink, and plate specifications. Communicate job information and additional instructions to support staff to prepare for production. Ensure the machine is adequately stocked with supplies needed for each job.
* Operate Sheetfed Press - Operate assigned equipment within Company safety standards to finish printed products according to customer specifications. Continually monitor supply levels of raw materials and add as needed.
* Perform Quality Checks - Complete quality checklist(s) and perform visual quality checks of the product throughout the printing process to ensure customer satisfaction.
* Perform Maintenance - Observe and monitor machine operations to determine whether adjustments are needed during the job. Perform basic maintenance and troubleshooting of assigned equipment during shift.
* Perform Line Clearance - Clean assigned area by removing all products from the line, trash, boxes, and other supplies associated with a completed order.
* Troubleshoot.
* Attain and maintain proper ink and water balance.
* Keep an ongoing list of maintenance issues to be addressed during the next scheduled maintenance, one list for all crews.
* Direct crew to specific duties during scheduled maintenance.
* Check and set rollers, and change if necessary.
* Perform needed maintenance during any delay time.
* Monitor and maintain constant ink densities per customer specifications.
* Attend all Operators' meetings.
* Work with urgency, when the press is down, to maintain production requirements.
* Continue learning new and improved processes to achieve increased production.
* Responsible for the ongoing training and development of other Pressroom personnel.
* Assist Supervisors in documenting and improving procedures and processes by offering ideas and suggestions.
* Assist Supervisors in providing feedback for employee evaluations.
* Facilitate teamwork among team members and between shifts.
* Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
* Must have 3+ years of Lead Sheetfed Operator experience - packaging/printing field preferred.
* Experience with Heidelberg XL 106 6-color or K&B Rapida 106 7-color is desired, but other makes will also be considered.
* Must have an understanding of color, and the ability to pass a color test is required.
* Must have strong mechanical skills and aptitude.
* Ability to lift 10-15 pounds continuously, ability to lift to 50 pounds occasionally, stand long hours (12-hour shift), use hands and wrists continuously in controlled movement, receive and follow instructions, and use vision to identify defects.
* Ability to work 12-hour shifts, with overtime and holidays as required (OT paid over 40 hours per week).
Preferred Qualifications:
* Machine repair and maintenance experience preferred
