Role Summary: The Quality & Health and Safety Specialist is responsible for ensuring that the company's quality management systems and health and safety programs comply with regulatory standards and internal policies. This role involves implementing and monitoring quality assurance processes, conducting safety audits, and promoting a culture of safety and quality throughout the organization

Key Responsibilities

Quality Management:

• Maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with ISO standards and other regulatory requirements.
• Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with QMS procedures and regulatory standards.

• Hospice Quality Reporting Program (HQRP): data collection and analysis of data associated with HQRP components, including but not limited to: Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers and Systems survey (CAHPS), claims-based measures, Hospice Item Set and any future measures.
• Care Compare: data collection, tracking, and benchmarking HQRP scores against competitors.
• CAHPS survey: Identify negative comments/responses and initiate service comments as appropriate.
• QAPI dashboard: drill down, analyze and report data.
• Service Comments: includes monitoring timely resolution, reassignment of pending service comments, communication of trends to program management, and ensure service comment log is current.

What You Bring

The Role We Want You For

The Quality Control Managerwill be involved in the implementation, oversight, and management of all aspects of Quality Control program, the management and coordination of all documentation performed by testing personnel and any other inspection personnel required by contract, within the Life Sciences/Biotech/Pharmaceuticals sector. • Assist project team to ensure subcontractor compliance to Project Site Specific Safety Plan and perform safety inspections and audits as required by Company practices.
• Skilled at maintaining and documenting conformance to developed quality plan.
• Able to monitor/manage deficiencies to quality plan and work to completion.
• Understands and monitors testing and inspection process. Maintains a positive relationship with those agencies.
• Able to identify the accuracy of subcontractor work.
• Understand inspection requirements by city, county, and state to receive TCO & CO.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Industrial Technology, Construction Management, or related degree, or relevant work experience considered in lieu of education.
• 5-15 years of progressive experience in construction, demonstrating increasing responsibility and expertise over time.
