As part of the Worlds of Fun Safety Team, Emergency Medical Technicians (EMTs) are responsible for providing medical treatment to associates and guests while acting within their scope of practice. 

• Assess patients to determine the nature and extent of an injury or illness. 
• Provide treatment as defined by protocol and park policy 
• Evaluate and request outside resources when a higher level of care is indicated or requested. 
• Maintain medical, vehicle and communication equipment, process, and complete departmental paperwork, and replenish first aid equipment and supplies 
• Communicate with communications dispatch or First Aid personnel to provide information about a medical situation, to arrange reception of victims, or to receive instructions for further treatment. 
• Assist in controlling crowds, protecting valuables, or performing other duties at scene of incident as directed. 

EMT Required Certifications 

• Valid Missouri EMT License 
• Currently BLS CPR Card 
• Ability to obtain certification through the office of the EMS Medical Director for Kansas City, MO.

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and professional First Officer to join our Part 91 corporate flight department operating a Gulfstream G650 based in Greensboro, North Carolina.

This is a full-time position. Candidates must be willing to relocate if not currently residing in the Greensboro area.

This position supports executive leadership through domestic and international operations and plays an important role in maintaining the safety, reliability, and service standards of the department. As part of a dedicated two-pilot team, the selected candidate will contribute to flight operations, planning, aircraft readiness, and the overall passenger experience.

Department Environment

Our flight department operates a single Gulfstream G650 in support of executive travel. As a small, highly collaborative team, we value professionalism, accountability, discretion, and a commitment to operational excellence.

The First Officer will work closely with the Chief Pilot in all aspects of flight operations and will be positioned for future Captain upgrade consideration based on performance, leadership development, and operational needs.

Schedule & Quality of Life

This Part 91 operation emphasizes long-range planning and schedule predictability. In most cases, trips are scheduled with approximately 60 days of advance visibility.

While flexibility is essential in corporate aviation, short-notice trips are infrequent and typically occur only under rare or unexpected circumstances.

Minimum Qualifications

• FAA Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) Certificate – Airplane Multi-Engine Land
• Current FAA First Class Medical
• Valid U.S. Passport with no travel restrictions
• 4,000 hours total flight time
• 3,000 hours multi-engine time
• 2,000 hours jet/turbine time
• Recent jet experience within the preceding 12 months
• Recent corporate aviation experience operating jet aircraft
• Experience conducting both domestic and international operations

• G-V Type Rating (G650 experience strongly preferred)
• Experience in the Gulfstream GV-series (GV, G550, G500, G600, G650, or G650ER)

The First Report Unit Supervisor is responsible for managing the level of service provided by the unit, conduct quality analysis, and train and monitor the performance of the First Report Claim Technicians.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Continually promote teamwork through effective leadership.
• Monitor/Report results from Call Management System (CMS) to maintain proper phone coverage and address service levels.
• Handle exceptions/complaints/inquiries, both written and oral.
• Take and/or key first reports as needed.

• Available to be “on call” for problem solving during off hours. The First Report Unit is staffed Monday – Friday from 8:00 am until 8:00 pm and on Saturday from 9:00 am until 3:00 pm.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university with 5 years of claims or other applicable experience.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Products (Word, Excel, and Internet).
• Working knowledge of ClaimsPro, FNOL, Polstar and Image Right.
