The Part-Time Leasing Consultant is the property's sales representative, whose primary responsibilities are to support the leasing, retention and occupancy goals of the community. Responsibilities
- Greet prospective residents and professionally present the features and benefits of the property.
- Conduct all business in accordance with company policies and procedures, Fair Housing, ADA, Fair Credit Reporting Act and all other Federal, State and Local laws pertaining to Multi-Family Housing.
- Implement and enforce all policies and procedures as outlined in the company policy and procedures Manuals.
- Offer a professional and friendly, atmosphere in the leasing center/clubhouse and any other areas where prospective residents and current residents might interact with them.
- Inspect all models and market readies prior to showing in order to ensure their quality appearance.
- Relay incoming calls to appropriate point of contacts.

- Oversee Lease Renewal Program to optimize lease renewals.
- Exhibit excellent level of customer service.
- Plan and oversee resident activities with the Property Manager.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Prior leasing and/or property management experience preferred.
- 29 hr. minimum for part-time availability
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills providing for effective communication with residents, employees, peers, vendors, owners, etc. and to assist in efficient operations.
- Excellent attendance is a requirement of the position.
- Excellent customer service.
- Work a varied schedule including weekends and holidays as required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel & Outlook.
- Positive attitude and highest level of professionalism.
- Bi-lingual abilities (written and verbal) may be required based on specific needs of property.

What you will do in this role:
- Evaluate patients prior to surgery
- Provide patient and family education surrounding the procedure and peri-operative process
- Assume responsibility for patient preparation, including intravenous therapy, preoperative medications, and surgical site verification
- Participate in surgical site verification, including briefing, time out, debriefing, and universal protocols, according to hospital policy
- Recognize and respond to patient emergencies
- Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care while managing evidence-based practices and continuous improvement initiatives
- Be an integral member of a dynamic interdisciplinary team – consisting of the provider(s), surgeons, surgical technologists and more
- Consistently apply the nursing process, critical thinking skills, scientific judgment, technical skills and leadership to independently deliver safe nursing care to patients
- Assess patient condition, monitor throughout your shift, and document changes in patient condition along with the care provided thoroughly
- Educate patients and families/caregivers about the patient’s medical condition, treatment and follow-up measures

PRIMARY PURPOSE
CNA is hiring for the role of Facilities Security Escort, evening shift, in a part-time capacity. The role is in Facilities under the Chief Financial Office (CFO). The Facilities Team is responsible for all real estate management, facility maintenance, conference operations including meetings and events, AV, and mail services. This position will be from 6:00 - 10:00 PM Eastern, and they will provide escort services to visitors and conduct security inspections of CNA facilities. JOB DESCRIPTION AND / OR DUTIES
- Escort cleaning and other contractor personnel within the CNA facility
- Assist with the distribution of materials within the facility, such as pamphlets and other information
- Identify facility maintenance, repair, and cleaning issues and report back to supervisor
- Assist Conference Services with conference set-up and breakdown
- Assist Security with pampering and other security reporting requirements
- Other duties as assigned.

· Basic Life Support certified within six (6) weeks of hire. The acceptable credentialing body is the American Heart Association.
· Proof of completion of Mandatory Reporter abuse training specific to populations served within three (3) months of hire.
