Behind those teams is our corporate headquarters, which keeps the day-to-day operations of the business running smoothly.


We are seeking a part-time receptionist to support our corporate office in East Orlando.


The Job

Our receptionist helps keep the front office organized and welcoming for both visitors and employees. This role supports the daily operations of our headquarters and helps ensure the office runs smoothly.


Responsibilities include:

  • Answering and routing incoming phone calls
  • Greeting visitors and directing them to the appropriate team members
  • Assisting with incoming and outgoing mail, shipping and receiving packages
  • Maintaining shared spaces such as the break room and reception area
  • Ordering and restocking office and kitchen supplies
  • Providing general administrative support to the corporate team when needed


This is a part-time, in-office position at our East Orlando headquarters.

The intended weekly schedule is below, but we can work with individual schedules:

• Monday: 8:30 AM – 12:00 PM

• Tuesday: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

• Wednesday: 8:30 AM – 12:00 PM

• Thursday: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM


This position pays $15 per hour and offers the opportunity to work closely with the corporate team at our East Orlando headquarters, including Executive, Finance, Marketing and Operations teams. We are looking for someone who enjoys helping others, staying organized, and being the friendly first point of contact for our office.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

RTI International is seeking part-time Field Enrollment Specialists for Gathering Online for Dialogue and Discussion to Enhance Social Support (GODDESS) a study funded by the U.S. National Institutes of Health. The purpose of the study is to test a mobile health (mHealth) intervention for young Black women in Durham and Wake counties in North Carolina. This study is recruiting up to 500 participants to take part in a trial with multiple follow-up appointments over the course of six months.


GODDESS builds on decades of research of a best-evidence, woman-focused intervention that addresses intersecting health issues through education, skills-building, and empowerment.


External Description

Field Enrollment Specialists are responsible for:


  • Traveling frequently to selected locations to recruit study participants
  • Making in-person contact with selected respondents to discuss the study, answer questions, and obtain participation
  • Collecting confidential information and administering standardized questionnaires
  • Independently managing administrative duties, including participating in conference calls and completing online trainings
  • Transmitting data as scheduled
  • Assuming full and legal responsibility for use and care of project-issued equipment
  • Safeguarding any participant incentives, issued equipment, or project materials against damage, loss, or theft
  • Assuming responsibility for and carefully tracking all participant incentives
  • Submitting timely and accurate Time & Expense reports

Agron, Inc. is the exclusive US license for adidas Accessories. Our products include bags, backpacks, hats, socks, and underwear. This position reports into the Digital Content Creation Manager and is based at our office in Los Angeles, California; relocation is not included.

 

The Position:

The Part-time Digital Content Designer contract role is needed for approximately 12-24 hours per week mostly in our LA office at the rate of $30/hour. The position is responsible for assisting in the design of a wide variety of visual marketing assets across digital content and print media for athletic accessories. The role would work within the team through the entire process of defining creative brief requirements, visualizing, and creating graphics including illustrations, layouts, photos, store signage, product packaging, advertisements, multimedia design.

 

Position requires a self-starter, capable of working independently and delivering brilliant creative assets, with excellent communication skills and amazing attention to detail. Creative flair and a strong ability to translate direction into design is necessary.

 

Applicant must have the drive to seek out what is needed to get the job done and be comfortable working in a fast paced, team environment, owning multiple projects at once, with tight deadlines and quick turnarounds. Candidates must display a positive, self-starting attitude and work independently as well as within a team.

 

Key Responsibilities

· Study design briefs/templates and determine requirements across hats, bags,

backpacks, underwear and socks

· Conceptualize visuals based on design briefs

· Prepare creative concepts and present ideas

· Develop layouts, typography and other layout designs using software or by hand

· Use the appropriate color theory and layouts per Brand Guidelines

· Work with copywriters and creative lead to produce and export final assets

· Prepare content for use across various media (digital, physical, motion)

· Amend designs after feedback

Requirements and Skills

· Proven graphic design experience.

· A strong graphic design portfolio of layout, typography, photography

· Expert in Adobe Suite & design software and technologies (such as Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere, After Effects, Illustrator)

· A keen eye for aesthetics and details

· Excellent communication skills

· Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines

· A competitive portfolio in Design, Photography + Editing, Advertising, or related field

· A 4-Yr Degree in Design, Advertising, or related field

· Flexibility in switching between projects/priorities when needed



Qualifications:

· DESIGN SKILLS – strong eye for visual composition, typography, photography, photo-retouching, digital design, multi-page layout, advertising copywriting, advertising visual design, communication design, design theory, visual art, illustration, pre-press, color theory.

 

· SOFT SKILLS – High level communication, artistry and creativity, analytical skills, time management skills, ability to collaborate, professional flexibility, passion and enthusiasm for design, confidence in presenting ideas, ability to multi-task, attention to detail and commitment to accuracy, an understanding of the latest trends and their role within a commercial environment, open-mindedness, and a willingness to accept feedback and make changes to designs.
