Let’s be clear: this is not a traditional recruiting role.
This is a sales role wrapped in recruiting. The agents you will speak with are not applying for a typical W-2 job. They are licensed sales professionals choosing between multiple brokerages, and in most cases, every brokerage they interview with will say yes. Your job is to make sure they say yes to us.
We generate a strong flow of leads for this role, typically 50 to 100 newly licensed agent leads per week. From there, you own the process. Schedule and Location

Compensation

Experience and qualifications
• Minimum of 5 years recruitment experience preferably in a high-volume retail environment.
• Bachelor’s Degree in related field strongly preferred
• Self-starter motivated to drive results and promote innovative ideas
• Proven success delivering results in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - written and verbal.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Must work well under pressure.
• Proactive problem solving with a strategic approach
• Must be able to travel within the west coast for recruitment events when needed

Annual compensation range
$90,000 - $110,000 + discretionary annual bonus

Responsibilities

Qualifications
• 4+ years of wage and hour class action litigation experience (mid-level)
