Kronos Integration Ownership (Primary Focus)

Responsibilities:
· Perform failure analysis of materials/hardware to determine the root cause of failure and identify failure modes.
· Perform materials analysis and characterization.
· Perform weld joint analysis.
· Perform materials testing per industry standard specifications and internal requirements.
· Perform inspection of printed wiring board for defects and anomalies.
· Use analytical tools and equipment to inspect and analyze parts, materials, and flight hardware.
Basic Qualifications for Systems Engineer - Integration and Test:
· Bachelor's degree in Materials Engineering. Bachelor’s degree is Physics with some background in materials is acceptable.
· Knowledge and experience with lab equipment, such as, scanning electron microscope, optical microscope, spectroscopy, x-ray equipment.
Preferred Qualifications for Systems Engineer - Integration and Test:
· Familiarity with materials, such as, aluminum, titanium, steel.
· Familiarity with processes, such as, rolling, forging, heat treatment, welding, corrosion.
· Familiarity with industry standard documents, e.g., ASTM, ASM, NASA, MIL.
Job Title: Supervisor, Fleet Operations
Job Summary:
This position is responsible for maintaining a safe, reliable, and cost-efficient fleet of vehicles to support the business. The incumbent ensures proper use and care of physical assets, helps to prevent equipment failures, controls costs, manages external vendor relationships, works closely with auto mechanics and internal customers. This role supervises administrative personnel within the department. A primary responsibility of this position is to monitor fleet vehicle equipment maintenance, invoicing, record retention. To do this, the incumbent uses current Fleet Automotive software, preventative maintenance techniques, reviews the results, monitors repairs, and performs vehicle audits to ensure mechanics adhere to safety, regulatory and appearance standards. This position analyzes equipment or vehicle system failures to determine root causes, resolve problems and plans/coordinates equipment repairs with internal/external groups (e.g., drivers, vendors). Another major area of responsibility is to maintain automotive cost effectiveness. Duties include reviewing equipment failures and component replacements to identify trends. This role also supports automotive safety and regulatory compliance by conducting facility audits, following up on issues, and coordinating safety/regulatory training. Vendor related duties include verifying external-vendor repairs, preparing repair orders/estimates and reviewing Fleet system reports for anomalies.

You will serve as a RIGGING WORK (FORKLIFT OPERATOR) in the DEPARTMENT OF THE NAVY to include work sites of Portsmouth Naval Shipyard, Puget Sound Naval Shipyard, Norfolk Naval Shipyard, Trident Refit Facility Bangor and Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility.

- You will be assisting journeyman Riggers in rigging up hoisting and pulling gear for lifting, moving, and positioning heavy loads.
- You will be assisting in fabricating, installing, and repairing standing and running rigging, wire and fiber rope items such as slings, towing bridles, nets, and other ship and boat rigging and handling of test weights.
- You will be operating an electric, gasoline, or diesel powered fork lift trucks which are capable of lifting loads weighing 10,000 pounds or more.
- You will be driving fork lift trucks over rough and sometimes muddy terrain through narrow aisles in outside storage areas.
