Building in the Seattle area means working in communities that people care deeply about, and that is something we never take lightly. We are a regional builder that has grown steadily over the years by earning the trust of the people we build for and the partners we work alongside. Much of our work comes through negotiated opportunities rather than chasing every project that appears, which has created a strong and dependable backlog. The projects themselves vary widely and keep the work interesting, from multifamily and office developments to tilt-wall industrial buildings, retail centers, medical facilities, and many others.
What many people notice first when they join our company is the atmosphere. Teams work closely together, people share knowledge freely, and there is a real sense that everyone is pulling in the same direction. We value builders who take pride in the work and who enjoy collaborating with clients, consultants, and trade partners to deliver projects that everyone can stand behind.
