RN - Emergency Services at Providence Milwaukie Hospital is 0.9 FTE full time position working during weekdays and weekends on a night shift.
This position is eligible for a sign-on bonus of $8,000. Eligible external hires must meet the required qualifications and conditions for payment.

Inside Sales Specialist
The Inside Sales Specialist is responsible for ensuring continuity between the patients, clinics, community, physician practice and the home setting to maximize patient satisfaction of services. Increasing sales, billed revenue, and new patients in accordance with department goals. Optimize patient safety, comfort, and well-being; to improve awareness and confidence among healthcare professionals, physicians and patients regarding current options and capabilities; to coordinate referrals to ensure timely admission and appropriate patient care based on referrals. Job Duties:
- Effectively working through a high volume of outbound calls in a fast-paced environment

Position Description
Job Summary:
The Ground Person is responsible for supporting the daily operations of the Hot Mix Asphalt (HMA) plant. This role performs general labor duties, assists with plant maintenance, and ensures a safe, clean, and efficient work environment.
Essential Functions:

- Input/print out necessary information in Athena for scheduling purposes on a daily basis. Respond to all flags, emails, and phone calls within 24 hours.
- Coordinate with centralized scheduling team on any scheduling needs for Knox CY/Merchants clinic. Coordinate with Family Treatment Program Coordinator, Great Starts Program Coordinator, and Knox CY Clinic Coordinator on daily tasks.
- Maintain cancellation list for filling in appointment purposes and update daily.
- Discusses with the staff psychiatrists any time there is a change made to the schedule throughout the day.
- Will be in the reception area for the first appointment of the day and stay until the last appointment has left the area or as assigned by supervisor.
- Makes changes in schedule as directed by supervisor in a timely manner.
- Assist in scheduling approach through Just In Time scheduling.

- Document administered medications in the EMAR Document clinical services provided in the medical record on same day as service provided in a clear and concise manner.
5. Completion of required HRMC training to maintain status as credentialed provider
- Maintain an active RN license in the state of Tennessee in accordance with the state guidelines
- Complete any Center Required Self-Directed Learning or Training Modules in the required time frames.
- Complete First Aid, CPR, and HWC trainings within the required time frames.
Schedule:
- The Nurse Manager is expected to fulfill the agreed upon hours when hired.
- Unless otherwise approved, the Nurse Manager is expected to be present in the clinic from 8am-5pm and is expected to complete a minimum of 16 hours of clinical work per week which may include nights and/or weekends.
- Must be flexible with scheduling as the Nurse Manager will rotate being on call and is expected to cover open shifts in their assigned cohort on a PRN basis.
- The Nurse Manager may also be asked to cover open shifts in the other cohort on a PRN basis.
- All other scheduling arrangements are approved on a case-by-case basis.

JOB SUMMARY
- Responsible for the management and oversight of all SACET divisions including therapy, education, advocacy and SART.

3. Engages clients and their families in the treatment process providing treatment planning, linkage, referral, and advocacy for each client.
- Ensures each client is contacted within 24 hours of referral
- Creates goals with the ct. based on their input as well as input from family/other systems AEB treatment plan signatures by all parties.
- Creates and implements treatment interventions based on the treatment plan goals.

- Makes referral to less intensive services upon anticipation of discharge

- Ensures coverage is met for clients when staff are out on leave or during vacancies

- Provides support to staff through positive reinforcement, open communication, honest feedback and constructive criticism on a daily basis.
