We are seeking a Senior Executive Administrator responsible for providing high-level administrative and operational support to Enterprise’s Chief Executive Officer. Responsibilities:

Executive Support and Calendar Management

Enterprise offers a comprehensive total rewards package for you and your family. The pay range for this position is $85,000-$106,000. The salary range represents the low and high end of what may be paid for this position. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the pay range, and compensation decisions may be influenced by a variety of factors, including skills, qualifications, experience, and location.

The Vice President and Central Midwest Market Leader will lead the delivery of Enterprise’s program solutions, innovations, capital, and policy efforts to bring sustainable and lasting impact in the region, with a focus on Detroit and Chicago. This leadership role delivers in-depth solutions to achieve large-scale results, bringing the full resources of Enterprise to bear on local issues. As an employee of Enterprise Community Partners, the Market Leader conducts strategic assessments of the needs of local and state government partners, non-profit and for-profit developers, and the public, corporate, and banking sectors and provides solutions to support local and state-wide strategies to address affordable housing in low-income communities and community development needs. To be successful, the leader must be a dynamic, proactive, and results-oriented manager with success in translating strategy into results for partners and driving delivery through a matrix organization. The leader must also be a seasoned problem solver with capacity to work through conflict and reach compromise solutions that serve the economic, mission and risk profile for Enterprise.

Deliver solutions to the Central Midwest including:

Evaluate local and regional needs to identify opportunities in program, capital and policy that are consistent with Enterprise’s mission and new strategic plan.

Fulfill mission and revenue goals for the market.

Oversee, coordinate and direct operational activities with staff and internal partners in finance and national operations management team (e.g., grants and contracts management and procurement).

Qualifications:

Ability to effectively market all of Enterprise’s products, programs and activities to potential customers and stakeholders.

Mount Sinai Services at NYC Health+Hospitals/Queens is seeking a fellowship-trained Complex General Surgical Oncologist to join our Queens Cancer Center. This Center of Excellence is a state-of the-art comprehensive cancer center and is the only established cancer center in the NYC Health+Hospitals System. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a mission-driven and high acuity environment with a supportive team.

The qualified candidate will join another HPB/Surgical Oncologist along with a team of medical oncologists, radiation oncologists, gynecologic oncologists, urologic oncologists and breast surgeons. The candidate should be able to perform a wide array of surgical procedures to treat a variety of cancers including colorectal, foregut, hepatobiliary, pancreas, sarcoma, cutaneous and soft tissue malignancies. Excellent clinical and technical skills are required in addition to a collaborative approach to patient care.

All faculty have an academic appointment at The Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai.

The ideal candidate will have completed an ACGME-accredited Complex General Surgical Oncology fellowship, be board-certified/board-eligible in CGSO, and have or have the ability to obtain a New York Medical License.

Responsibilities include:

* Deliver surgical oncology care to patients at the Queens Cancer Center/Queens Hospital Center, including outpatient clinic, ambulatory and inpatient surgery, in-patient (consultation and post-operative) settings.
