Job Title: Facilities Coordinator
Location: Stamford, CT 06901

Summary:
As a Facilities Coordinator, you will work with clients, vendors, and contractors to ensure that facility tasks and work orders are complete.

Team Overview:
- 2 seasoned FMs overseeing the site
- The temp could report to one of these FMs
Resource's typical working day:
- Stain on carpet
- Door isn't closing right
- Be a face a the site
- Relaying messages to internal help desk, if a user opens a ticket with help desk it gets assigned to this person (lightbulb is out in pantry, desk has chip in it, key broke in the lock in desk drawer, coffee machine is broken)
- They would be working hand in hand with a seasoned FM
- Pantry supplies, ordering cutlery, coffee other items
- Putting tickets in the system to get things fixed
Must Have Skills:
- Have to be friendly, they will be customer facing
- Staying calm
- Basic good computer skills (type emails, little bit of excel, being able to pick up ticketing system) good with basic math
Nice to have skills:
- If they have worked in facilities before and CMMS system
- Admin skills

Education

Warehouse Supervisor - Columbus, OH
The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for supervising and coordinating activities of workers that involve ordering picking, receiving, storing, inventorying, issuing, and shipping materials, supplies, tools, equipment, and parts, in a small to mid-sized warehouse or yard.

Position Responsibilities
- Responsible for the overall direction, coordination and evaluation of the warehouse.
- Ensure proper execution and implementation of all policies procedures with regard to picking, packing, shipping, receiving, and inventory management.
- Train and evaluate warehouse staff on effective inventory techniques and daily tasks.
- Assist and maintain appropriate inventory levels and product loss control.
- Conduct physical counts of inventory and reconcile floor counts and inventory shipments.
- Schedule and manage warehouse team members within labor and budget while meeting the demands of the facility.
- Ensure compliance with safety codes, policies, and procedures of the Company and standards established by Occupational Safety & Health Administration (OSHA) and Food and Drug Administration (FDA).
- Ensure all equipment, including but not limited to forklifts, pallet jacks, and fleet trucks, is properly maintained and inspection practices are followed.

About the Role
- Responsible to perform scheduled preventative maintenance and necessary repairs to automobiles, trucks (light and heavy), trailers, vans and forklifts.
- Will act as a mentor to the class I, II, and II mechanics.

Production Technician II - Williamson, NYThe Production Technician is responsible for the complete operation and changeover of assigned machines within PhD and all other associated work. This includes safely maintaining, repairing, replacing and assisting in modifying all processing, packaging, and facility equipment in accordance with on-line quality and Best Practice procedures.Shift / Schedule: This is a union facility so flexibility to work any day or any night shift pattern is required. Fleet Mechanic - Marietta, OH About the Role
- Perform scheduled preventative maintenance and necessary repairs to automobiles, trucks (light and heavy), trailers, vans and forklifts.
- Disassembles and overhauls motors, transmissions, clutches, rear ends and electrical systems.
- Complete all necessary documents, including vehicle records.
- Manage ordering and inventory of parts.
Shift and Schedule
- Monday through Friday
- 4am until 12:30pm
- Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as needed

Requirements:
- High school diploma or general equivalency diploma (GED) preferred
- 1 year or more of mechanic experience on a fleet
- Must be able to work on all types of vehicles (diesel trucks, electric and propane forklift, etc...)
- Lift, push, and pull a minimum of 50 pounds
- Able to supply your own set of tools to perform the job
- Willing and able to acquire the necessary certifications and licenses needed for the position within the first year of employment to include: ASE Heavy and Medium duty certification, DOT Commercial Driver’s License (CDL A), DOT brake and annual inspection certification, and A/C certification
