Position Summary:
Produces machined parts by operating a Lathe computer numerical control (CNC) machine; maintaining quality and safety standards; keeping records; and maintaining equipment.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Inspects products during the machining operation to determine if parts meet specifications, complying with established standards and methods for inspection, testing, evaluation and calibration
- Follow all job work order instructions
- Must be able to run more than one machine where cycle time permits
- Complete all required shop floor documentation for the job including both part-dimensional and visual inspection

Job Description1. Monitor and ensure quality print including tape tests throughout production runs.
2. Compare and approve print quality is within specified limits of the tri-fold color range.
3. Calculate the number of parts needed to complete the order.
4. Number labels on each order in sequence, beginning where the prior shift ended. If the order uses a lot number, lot numbers change at 7am and numbering begins with one and continues in sequential order until the order is completed.
5. Place completed boxes on skids and individual parts in totes or on tray packs. Place product of poor quality in a scrap box or tote.
6. Place SCRAP labels on all scrap containers. Products made of like materials are placed in the same box.
7. Complete the corresponding paperwork for each order.

- Location: Rochester, IN 46975 (Indiana healthcare job)
- Dates: May 18, 2026-ongoing (need 3 providers per day)
- PRN Dates Available: April 21-24, May 4-8, 11-17. Please note on holidays, one provider for "call only". Those "call only" holiday dates are: May 25, July 4, Sept 7, Nov 26, Dec 25, Jan 1. Future dates TBD
- Assignment Type: Locum tenens (travel) – on-site
- Duration: 26 weeks (with potential to extend)
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:00 PM
- Shifts per Week: 5

- Call: 3:00 PM–7:00 AM (mix of OR and OB cases)

CRNA Job Requirements
- Experience: 2+ years of CRNA clinical experience required
- Active CRNA certification and Indiana CRNA license (or ability to obtain Indiana licensure)
- Proficiency in general anesthesia, spinals, epidurals, and regional anesthesia blocks
- COI-IN PCF required
- Ability to complete credentialing (typical timeline 60–90 days; temporary privileges may be available with a clear background and malpractice history)
Key Responsibilities (Anesthesia Services)
- Provide safe, high-quality anesthesia care across pre-op, intra-op, and post-op phases
- Develop and manage anesthetic plans within an independent all-CRNA practice model
- Perform neuraxial anesthesia (spinals/epidurals) and regional techniques/blocks as indicated
- Deliver anesthesia services for a diverse case mix including endoscopy, OB/GYN, ENT, general surgery, orthopedics, and some pediatrics
- Participate in call coverage and respond to urgent OR/OB needs as required
- Document care accurately and efficiently in Epic EMR
- Collaborate with surgeons, nursing, and perioperative staff to support excellent patient outcomes
