What You Will Do
Client Engagement & Advisory
- Serve as a trusted technical advisor to clients across the nuclear construction and energy sector

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key industry stakeholders including utilities, owners, developers, DOE/NRC contacts, and SMR technology vendors

Business Development & Scope Development
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the nuclear construction, quality, and regulatory space

- Support the preparation of proposals, qualifications packages, and presentations that clearly articulate technical approach and value
- Research and monitor emerging projects, procurements, and market trends — particularly within the SMR and advanced reactor space

Technical Leadership & Industry Knowledge
- Serve as an internal and external subject matter expert on nuclear construction methods, quality assurance programs, and regulatory frameworks (NRC, 10 CFR 50, 10 CFR 52, ASME codes, etc.)
- Maintain current knowledge of the SMR market landscape, including technology developers, project pipelines, licensing status, and key stakeholders
- Advise on nuclear quality assurance (NQA-1) requirements and their application to construction projects
- Provide technical review and input on project deliverables, scopes, and reports
- Guide internal teams on nuclear regulatory requirements and industry standards
Internal Collaboration & Knowledge Sharing
- Act as a bridge between clients and internal project teams, clearly communicating client needs, expectations, and technical requirements

Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in the nuclear construction, nuclear quality, or nuclear regulatory industry
- Deep working knowledge of nuclear construction practices, including new plant construction, plant modifications, and outage-related construction
- Strong understanding of nuclear quality assurance requirements including NQA-1, 10 CFR 50 Appendix B, and related standards
- Familiarity with NRC regulatory processes, licensing frameworks (10 CFR 50 / 10 CFR 52), and inspection programs
- Demonstrated awareness of the SMR market, including key developers, project status, regulatory pathways, and industry stakeholders
- Proven track record of client-facing engagement — presenting to senior leadership, facilitating workshops, and building lasting professional relationships

Summary:
The Condition Monitoring Expert II will remotely monitor machine health and coordinate the distribution of gathered information to ensure machines are operating properly to increase productivity and reduce risk. They will serve as the secondary resource for support to include monitoring and research of complex service alerts and other machine information while coordinating with customers or location personnel to provide solutions.
Principal Duties/Responsibilities:
- Performs data analysis, report generation, and technical consultation using technologies such as ultrasound assessments, vibration analysis, and oil analysis, and other contextual data collected from remote sensor applications.
- Uses data analysis tools to identify impactful asset risks, and influence customer maintenance teams to leverage opportunities to reduce machine downtime, reactive labor, and failures.
- Evaluates machine information, technical data, and component specification to provide asset focused proactive corrective actions to customers.
- Analyzes data to determine trend changes, and probable causation to provide feedback and recommended corrective actions to preempt failures and prevent downtime/reduce cost.
- Utilizes remotely gathered sensor data to detect, identify, and isolate specific component degradation and its causes prior to serious damage or actual failure.
- Leads ongoing cadence calls, responds to incoming and escalated technical inquiries from customers via telephone and platform communication venues, and escalates to Senior level Condition Monitoring Experts for support in higher complexity analysis and communications.

- Maintains flight readiness by checking and stocking the aircraft at the beginning of each shift and after each use.

This position will provide personal financial services at assigned military installations. Primary responsibilities include the full breadth of personal financial counseling services to military service members and their families at military installations. Services include education and counseling addressing financial services that may include, but are not limited to, one-on-one counseling, consultation with a commander or with another provider or staff, conducting briefings and presentations, or providing referral resources to a participant outside the context of a counseling session. Works closely with the installation and military branch Points of Contact (POC) to assure that the program is providing within scope and meets the needs of the installation.
Responsibilities include:
- Provides personal financial counseling and management services directly to service members and their families.
- Assists service members in establishing a spending plan for extended absences.
- Develops and makes available informational financial materials to service members and families.
- Coordinates, publicizes and provides a wide variety of Personal Financial Management classes/workshops, e.g., topics across the military lifecycle, including, but not limited to, arrival at first duty station, pre- and post-deployment, and personal and career events outlined in DoDI 1322.34.
- Responds to requests for age-appropriate classes or seminars.
- Possess the skills to effectively utilize virtual counseling or other electronic modes of communication, such as web based, secure online chat, or video-based communications and secure video teleconference sponsored by the customer. Virtual PFC support may only be authorized by OSD FINRED Program office.
- Manages duty to warn situations according to Department of Defense (DoD) protocol.
- Communicates with leadership and participates in regular individual and group supervision, sharing information regarding trends and issues on the installations to which the counselor is assigned.
- Participates in regular in-services/training, quality improvement committees or other contract activities as assigned/appropriate.

Salary range: $58,440 to $93,500. This position may be eligible for short-term incentives as well as a comprehensive benefits package.
