The Opportunity

The office is located at Norterra Dr. (Happy Valley) and I-17. We have various schedules ranging from 6:00 am to 10:00 pm local time. These roles include a shift differential of 15% for any weekday hours worked after 6:00 pm and any hours worked on Saturday or Sunday. Weekly work schedules vary and will include one weekend day. As a Bank Customer Service & Sales Representative, you'll work within defined guidelines to facilitate the financial security of members through needs-based sales and service conversations on a single Banking line of business or product set (for example, deposits, credit cards, and website customer support). About the Role:
The Aquatics Operations & Training Supervisor role combines oversight of operational staffing, regional safety programs, and instructor coordination within a defined territory. This is a full-time Contract and Grants (C&G)-based faculty position to support ongoing federally sponsored research in a long-standing and agile R&D lab. We are seeking an Assistant In Embedded Training Researcher/Software Engineer with expertise in advanced algorithms and software development, computer visualization, and immersive training technologies to support the design, development, and implementation of next-generation embedded, visual, and intelligent research training systems. The successful candidate will join a multidisciplinary team conducting applied research in simulation-based training, modeling, and opportunity-based training systems.
Key Responsibilities
Research, design, develop, and implement software to enhance training in real-world and 3D environments. Develop high-fidelity visual simulation and application prototypes.
Research and develop frameworks for embedded hardware and software for advanced embedded training systems.
Work with interdisciplinary teams including engineers, cognitive scientists, and domain experts to define research objectives, design experiments, and analyze results.

Overview
Represent Altorfer at training update conferences and other training initiatives.
Basic Duties
- Function as liaison with Caterpillar regarding technical and professional training.
- Assist in developing Altorfer's training offerings for all employees to align with across the table initiatives.
- Schedule and conduct training classes on current products and ICC classes when needed.
- Drive prerequisite training for ILT classes.
- Maintain enrollment & enrollment deletions in Dealer Performance Center (DPC), assign DPC web training. Maintain training records & function as DPC Administrator for Altorfer.
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- 2-5 plus years of previous experience as a training instructor, training employees required.

- This position will include course design and development.
- Related Technical training and problem analysis experience in heavy equipment industry is required.
- Associates of Applied Science degree in Diesel Technology or related field. Bachelor's Degree in Education/Training, Communications or similar program is preferred.
- Strong sense of urgency and strong customer service skills required.
- Must have strong organizational & time management skills with the ability to manage/prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office is a must.
- Some travel is required.
- High School Diploma or equivalent is required.

Physical Requirements/Working Conditions
This position works in an office and travels to other locations. May on a continuous basis walk, bend and lift up to 40lbs. May be required to wear appropriate safety equipment (IE- Safety glasses or side shields) when needed. The noise level in the office environment is usually moderate to low. May intermittently sit at a desk for a period of time to answer telephone calls and write or use a keyboard to communicate through email. Must be flexible to work varying schedules and hours as needed. 30% of travel is required. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Knows, understands, incorporates, and demonstrates the Trinity Health Mission, Vision, and Values in behaviors, practices, and decisions.
Deliver patient care through patient preparation, vital sign collection, and documentation. Assist with various procedures, exams, and diagnostic equipment (e.g., tympanometry, spirometry). Maintain aseptic techniques during preparation, procedures, and medication administration.
Administer medications, treatments, and immunizations under the direction of providers.
Prepare and organize patient charts with necessary information. File dictations and ensure completion of all required documentation. Communicate with patient regarding test results and plan of care
Schedule procedures, labs, x-rays, and surgeries; provide pre- and post-surgery information. Assist with patient outreach for overdue visits, labs, and referrals.
Coordinate physician schedules and ensure insurance pre-certifications. Schedule and manage patient follow-ups, ensuring continuity of care.
Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to organizational standards and ethical guidelines.
Educate patients and families based on assessed needs and discharge plans.
Promote evidence-based resources to optimize nursing practice and patient care.
Proactively serves as a patient advocate by utilizing courteous and professional etiquette at all times reflecting positive tone and speaking distinctly with poise, tact and assurance. Assures accurate and complete messages to appropriate personnel.
Assists in training, orienting, and supporting new colleagues. Work includes cross coverage in other clinic areas as team needs.
Document patient plan(s) of care, tests and examination results in the medical record as directed by the provider. Escalate non-routine issues, questions and/or concerns to the practice manager or healthcare provider(s).
Ensure safety checklists/quality controls are completed as required.
Other duties as needed and assigned by the manager.
Maintains a working knowledge of applicable Federal, State, and local laws and regulations, Trinity Health’s Organizational Integrity Program, Standards of Conduct, as well as other policies and procedures in order to ensure adherence in a manner that reflects honest, ethical, and professional behavior.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Must be comfortable operating in a collaborative, shared leadership environment.
Successful completion of a medical assistant program accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Allied Health Programs (CAAHP) or Accrediting Bureau of Health Education Schools (ABHES).
Must obtain one of the following certifications listed for a Medical Assistant with their corresponding listed certification provider within one year of hire:

This role plays a key part in ensuring high-quality resident care through staff competency, compliance, and continuous learning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate orientation, skills validation, and ongoing education for CNAs and nursing staff.
- Provide hands-on coaching on clinical skills, resident care procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Assist with CNA training, competency evaluations, and support for new hires entering the CNA pathway.
- Partner with leadership and unit managers to identify training needs and reinforce best practices.
- Maintain accurate documentation of education, competencies, and regulatory compliance.
- Serve as a clinical resource to ensure adherence to quality, safety, and infection control standards.
Requirements:
Valid NYS RN license
Associate's Degree in Nursing from an accredited Nursing program

Familiarity with DOH regulations and survey preparation.
Must enjoy teaching and be comfortable working with staff at all levels.
Pay Range: $40.00 - $52.81 per hour
Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on location.
