What do our Innovation/Utility specialists do?
The primary purpose of this role is to perform the dynamic combined aspects of pest control, exclusion services, minor construction, and TAP (Thermal Acoustical Pest) insulation installation allowing you to make a significant impact in the communities we serve.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- Pest Control: Conduct inspections to identify pest activity, perform pest control services for residential and commercial clients, and install and maintain termite control systems
- TAP Insulation Installation: Efficiently install Thermal Acoustical Pest (TAP) insulation, ensuring quality service and customer satisfaction while managing job-site preparations and clean-up
- Construction and Repair: Assist with light construction projects, including minor repairs and replacements related to pest damage
- Customer Interaction: Communicate effectively with customers to explain services, ensure satisfaction, and provide guidance on pest control measures
- Service Delivery: Perform exclusion services and wildlife removal, setting up and building exclusion traps, and ensuring safety protocols are followed
- Continuous Learning: Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and regulations. Participate in training to enhance your skills in pest control and related services
Essential Job Functions:
- Working around animals, insects and termites
- Working in tight, confined spaces such as basements, attics, crawl spaces, narrow aisles, or passageways
- Setting up and building exclusion traps, cuts flashing and forms hardware cloth to specifications
- Removing animals trapped in exclusion devices
- Working in a safety harness from roof tops as needed in the performance of exclusion services and wildlife removal
- Completing production forms documenting services provided
- You'll sometimes be working around mechanical parts, vehicles, electrical current, heights and scaffolding, fumes, dust, and chemicals, and we'll train you how to handle all of these conditions safely
- Move up to 50 pounds by lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, or otherwise repositioning objects
- Maintain balance when walking, standing, or crouching on narrow, slippery, or erratically moving surfaces
- Push objects forward, downward, or outward with sustained force using the upper extremities to press with steady force and drag, draw, haul, or tug objects
- Able to work both inside and outside in your local climate in company-provided weather
- Lots of moving around regularly sitting, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and crawling, up and down stairs, ladders, scaffolding, ramps, and poles
- Ability to wear personal protective equipment (PPE), like an OSHA-compliant respirator
- Safely operate a motor vehicle and make sure it and all other equipment is kept clean
What do you need?
- Clean shaven face- for safety reasons (rebreathers have to be able to seal your face)
- High school diploma or GED; related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Must possess a valid driver's license from state of residence.
- Available to work Monday-Friday and Saturdays as needed
- Solid reading, writing, and verbal communication skills and the ability to present information in both internal and external settings.
- Basic math skills add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. You'll need to be able to follow instructions for mixing on product labels.
- Licenses/certificates as required by federal, state, and/or local regulations (covered by us)
- Customer-facing experience preferred

Base Pay RangeHourly: $20.00 - $23.00
While starting pay falls within the given range, it can vary based on factors like geographic location, skills, education, and experience. Total earnings may also be affected by overtime, incentives, commissions, performance, and route assignment (where applicable).

THE ROLE
The Client Account Executive role focuses exclusively on formulating and executing a sales strategy within an assigned territory, resulting in revenue growth and new customer acquisition. This is a quota-carrying role, responsible for acquiring, expanding, and managing large accounts. A successful candidate will be self-motivated, highly driven, goal-oriented, and methodical. WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Prospect, develop, and close new business while ensuring we have satisfied and referenceable customers.
- Sell a complete solution of software, services, and support to ensure customer success.
- Active territory management targeting specific companies and collaborating with select partners to drive incremental pipeline.
- Manage complex, enterprise-wide wide sales-cycles and effectively present our value proposition.

Our ideal candidate has years of experience and expertise in leading planning and inventory management for a mid-sized and fast-growing company with multiple sales channels.
This role will partner with the VP of Planning and Inventory Management to maximize sales, profitability, and optimize inventory levels to support our multiple category channels. The successful candidate will partner with cross-functional teams to establish processes, systems, and collaborative relationships needed for the effective delivery, replenishment, sell-through, and mark downs of merchandise. This role will be responsible for developing and implementing the strategic merchandise business plan with the support of the Vice President of Planning and Inventory Management.
The Director of Planning will develop comprehensive merchandise strategy, budgeting and forecasting, derived from analysis of customer analytics, historical data and client demands to provide accurate financial inputs to the leaders of Loloi. Act as a change leader to support company initiatives, actively participate in strategic decision making, proactively challenge the status quo, present alternative approaches, and highlight potential issues. The ideal candidate will be an integral part of the Loloi Inventory Team.
Responsibilities
- Develop the overall financial plans, class plans, flow and bottoms-up assortment plan that execute the merchandise strategy while maintaining financial objective.
- Continuously improve related business tools, systems and methodologies to help deliver results in inventory management.
- Oversee the process and communication with vendors, suppliers, and factories to ensure on time PO commitments and delivery dates are met.
- In partnership with Finance develop a financial model for new product categories, including forecasting, budgeting and long-range planning.
- Partner with key stakeholders to build a collaborative planning process to increase visibility, drive performance, and achieve short and long-term company objectives.
- Manage inventory cash flow in partnership with finance and merchandising, accurately forecasting inventory needs that align with open-to-buy while optimizing cash out-flow by month.
- Collaborate with key business partners on ways to mitigate forecast risks and maximize sales opportunities.
- Responsible for continually improving forecast and inventory accuracy.
- Provide ad-hoc analysis and lead various other reporting projects including decision support, metrics and analytics.
- Manage building, leading and motivating a team and making recommendations on future team needs and structure.
Experience, Skills, & Ability Requirements
- 8+ years minimum of Planning experience
- Bachelor's degree in finance, Merchandising, Business Management,
- Preferably held a management position with a digitally native, high-growth, eCommerce-first retail brand.
- Experience in home furnishings preferred.
- Advanced Excel skills and the ability to adapt to new systems.
