The Specialist – International Logistics will be responsible for supporting the distribution, movement, and storage of supplies on a global scale. This role will assist the Senior Manager by providing data for budgets, processing international shipments, coordinating with freight forwarders, and building efficient delivery routes.
This position is based in office from Mondays-Thursdays, and remote on Fridays.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, carriers, and transportation providers to ensure timely and accurate shipment delivery.
- Respond to internal and external inquiries, directing issues to appropriate teams as needed.
- Arrange special shipping services (e.g., expedited, temperature-controlled, or hazardous materials) when required
- Track international shipments and proactively resolve delivery issues or documentation discrepancies.
- Prepare, review, and manage shipping documentation (e.g., commercial invoices, bills of lading, packing lists) to ensure regulatory and customs compliance.
- Support distribution and shipping budgets, identifying cost-saving and efficiency opportunities.
- Ensure logistics and freight forwarding services meet quality standards and performance expectations.
- Organize and optimize logistics processes to improve efficiency and reduce operational delays.

Education/Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or a related field preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in international logistics, including hands-on freight forwarding experience.

The Senior Manager – Material Planning is a key role within the Planning Team, responsible for overseeing the planning of short- and long-term product requirements in support of the Master Production Schedule. This role evaluates inventory levels and demand across multiple domestic and international locations, balancing requirements and financial considerations to align with company objectives. The Senior Manager also partners closely with suppliers and cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate receipt of inventory, while effectively managing excess and obsolescent materials, and provides leadership and guidance to two direct reports.

Responsibilities:
- Own purchasing of materials using the Material Replenishment Planning as needed for production and in accordance with supply parameters
- Determine and maintain supply parameters such as lead times and Minimum Order Quantities to ensure efficient outputs
- Management of component versions to ensure accurate work orders and stock usage
- Confirm material availability to create production orders that support service objectives, inclusive of required stock transfers
- Utilize capacity planning, economic order quantity evaluation to ensure a smoother supply chain

Skilled Maintenance Technician
We’re looking for a skilled, hands-on Maintenance Technician who takes pride in keeping machines running and facilities in top shape. This role owns the maintenance, repair, and preventative care of our fill and pack equipment, as well as overall building maintenance across two locations. If you love troubleshooting, getting greasy, and being the go-to “fix it” person, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
Equipment & Production Support
- Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair fill and pack machinery to minimize downtime
- Perform preventative maintenance (PMs) on all production equipment per schedule
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues
- Support production during changeovers, startups, and unexpected breakdowns

Minimal Qualifications
Education

Minimal Qualifications
Education
- Master's degree in Nursing or health related field required and
- Doctoral degree in Nursing leadership or Health Services Administration preferred and
- must be from a nationally accredited program required
- 5-7 years Progressively responsible leadership roles in nursing including director of nursing (or equivalent) or above experience required
- RN - Registered Nurse - State Licensure and/or Compact State Licensure in the State of Maryland Upon Hire required and
- Certification in Nursing Administration from a nationally recognized nursing organization such as NEA-BC or CENP within 1 Year required and
- CPR - Cardiac Pulmonary Resuscitation (includes BLS and NRP) for healthcare providers from either the American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross within 90 Days required and
