Position Summary: The Customer Service Representative (CSR) is responsible for ensuring safety, profitability, and providing excellent customer service. This is an hourly, non-exempt position that reports to the Store Manager on the maintenance and operation of the company-owned retail facility. Job Requirements, Functions, and Responsibilities:
- Provide exemplary, courteous customer service and handle complaints quickly and tactfully
- Utilize suggestive selling techniques to drive sales while maintaining excellent customer rapport
- Process all sales on cash register properly and accurately, handle cash and other forms of payment; follow cash handling procedures to prevent loss and perform basic arithmetic
- Perform multi-function operation of POS (cash register) and other equipment and machines as outlined below
- Perform cleaning duties necessary to maintain site cleanliness inside and out; basic upkeep and/or cleaning of all equipment in the site
- Maintain proper inventory levels and shift closeouts
- Perform duties with minimal supervision, may be required to work irregular work hours
- Notify store management of any observed dishonesty by customers, vendors, or other store employees; follows vendor check-in procedures as well as company policy for confronting shoplifters

Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand and/or walk for an entire shift
- Ability to lift and/or carry up to 60 lbs. from ground to waist level as needed (to replenish fountain syrups, stock/maintain inventory, etc.)
- Ability to lift and/or carry up to 30 lbs. from ground to overhead up to 30 minutes of shift (with appropriate safety equipment)

Qualifications:

What you need to succeed at GXO:

- You will support the Hepatitis B and Seasonal Flu vaccination programs for employees as applicable.

- You can be a Pandemic Coordinator when authorized by EHS and support investigations associated with pandemic threats within the local community as indicated by EHS or Medical Affairs.

Essential Functions:
This Program Cost Control Analyst position will, under minimal supervision, interface with the program managers, functional management, and cost account managers (CAMs) to provide financial and administrative support and analysis to meet program requirements.
The Program Cost Control Analyst will have experience with Earned Value Management and performance measurement baseline concepts and be able to apply them to multiple contracts for control accounts within an engineering Integrated Product Team (IPT). This position will be responsible for leading and training other analysts if full level 1 Earned Value contracts.
Earned Value Management (EVM) tasks include:
Establishing Work Breakdown Structure for execution of budgeted cost of work scheduled
Assessing and maintaining of objective performance criteria – developing, maintaining, analyzing and justification of estimates to complete

Our procedures encompass Cardiac catheterization and multi Interventions, Device Implants, Electrophysiology, Watchman and Cardiomems. We also send a team to work in the Transcatheter Aortic Valve Replacement (TAVR) program to assist in the Hybrid Surgical Suite. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Recent graduate or less than 2 years of Cardiac Cath Lab, Electrophysiology (EP) or equivalent experience, working routine diagnostics and basic interventions. Certificate or diploma from an approved/accredited Radiologic Technology program. Requires ARRT certification in Radiologic Technology (RT) as required by state law. Licensure and/or certification(s) as required by state regulatory agency, if applicable.
Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications. Basic knowledge of cardiac anatomy and physiology. Basic understanding of Cath Lab procedures and protocols.

- You will evaluate donor reaction(s), which occurs at the facility as outlined in the SOPs. Follow applicable SOPs for medical emergencies including the development of Center Physician's standing orders and donor transport to emergency care facilities.
- You will refer to the Center Physician or Medical Affairs (as applicable) when in need of providing unacceptable findings to donors, or guidance concerning medical or technical issues, including donor safety and eligibility.
- You will support the Hepatitis B and Seasonal Flu vaccination programs for employees as applicable.
- You will manage employee incidents and determine whether further evaluation is required by occupational health/ER. Refer to EHS guidance regarding employee incidents.
- You can be a Pandemic Coordinator when authorized by EHS and support investigations associated with pandemic threats within the local community as indicated by EHS or Medical Affairs.

14. Must be able to tolerate standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs. and stooping during 90% of shift time.

Job Training: Normally, eight to eighteen months required to gain job knowledge. Job performed under general supervision. Position requires continuous customer and employee contacts.
Working Conditions: Work area temperature may be extreme and noise level may be high at times. May have to work without food or drink during busy times.
Key Activities:
1. Assists with management of all operations within the restaurant.
2. Assists in the hiring, training, and review of employee performance.
3. Performs accounting responsibilities and prepares reports for submission to the home office.
4. Administers the ACT program.
5. Quickly prepares customers' orders according to specifications and with the highest possible quality.
6. Works as a team member to assure constant and consistent customer satisfaction through excellent quality, service, and cleanliness.
7. Prioritizes work load, always serving customers first, then maintaining dining room, then maintaining work area.
8. Operates all kitchen equipment.
9. Acknowledges and speaks to customers when possible in a friendly and courteous manner.
10. Reports any needed equipment and/or facilities repair to the Maintenance Department.
