Job Overview

General Duties

The department seeks candidates who can support the success of all students through inclusive curriculum, classroom environment, and pedagogy. Specific duties and expectations will vary depending on the method of instruction including: Synchronous Live Online (Zoom).




  • For synchronous instruction (live online courses), duties include but are not limited to: syllabus development; assignment development; lesson planning for class meetings; preparing and submitting required texts and course materials; reviewing and updating Canvas course site; and delivering lectures, presentations, and learning activities for all required hours of instruction.

Job Summary and Qualifications

The Nurse Extern PRN will work under the supervision of the Registered Nurse (RN), and assist the nursing staff in providing patient care. You will deliver high quality, patient-centered care services related to common nursing functions and activities of daily living.

·You willwork closely with the clinical team to create and implement a care planby performing direct and indirect patient care under the supervision of the licensed nurse.

·Obtain and record initial and ongoing patient information throughout the cycle of care.

·You will assist with patient mobility by regularly turning, positioning, and ambulating as well as transferring patients to and from other units/departments.

·Translate complex medical terminology to ensure patients/families/caregivers understand patient medical condition, treatment plan, medications and possible side effects and follow up measures

·Educate patients/families/caregivers on healthy diet, exercise, disease prevention and/or lifestyle changes that may be needed upon discharge and prepares for future self-management


What qualifications you will need:


Currently enrolled and in good standing in an accredited school of nursing required andcan perform higher-level procedures once competency is achieved.

·Possess the ability to create and implement a personal career development plan, to be reviewed regularly by supervisor and/or preceptor

·One year of completed nursing school is preferred

·Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

The College of Arts and Sciences at Creighton University is hiring a part-time Administrative Accreditation Support Staff position to initially support the Social Work accreditation process. This is a day position working primarily Monday - Friday, on campus. Some flexibility with hours to meet program peak times for productivity, and program needs due to student schedules for activities (occasional early evening).

The Support Staff will begin as an integral part of the College of Arts & Sciences accreditation process, beginning with the Social Work program, in achieving its mission through supporting the education of future social workers, connecting with alumni, and maintaining a collaborative reputation with community partners. The Social Work Program is accredited by CSWE (Council on Social Work Education), so being familiar with these standards is preferred, as well as willing to build effective processes in collaboration with faculty. This role involves big picture thinking and ability to drill down to the details to help execute it. Assignments and tasks connect with the CSWE standards, including wording, development, tracking, and reporting. Hospitality and congeniality are important in all interactions with the broad range of stakeholders connected with the Social Work Program.

Tasks will primarily include:

  • Familiarity with accreditation standards for team-based planning and conversations supporting projects
  • Logistical support with program events for students, alumni, and/or community stakeholders
  • Developing surveys and associated reports
  • Creating marketing and communication materials, such as flyers and newsletters
  • Utilization and updating of digital tracking files
  • Respond to inquiries for program information and connecting to resources on campus
  • Editing/proofreading program reports and documents
  • Developing and maintaining processes with community partners in collaboration with faculty
  • Working collaboratively with Social Work faculty to achieve program and accreditation goals

ABOUT THE ROLE

The Art Director, Regional Lead is a strategic and highly visible leader within the Savills North America Creative team, serving as the creative lead for the Southwest and Southeast regions. This role oversees all regional design initiatives and partners closely with brokerage, new business teams, and clients to elevate visual storytelling and drive winning presentations and marketing materials.


This individual shapes and executes creative direction across major initiatives, including proposals, pitch materials, digital and print presentations, property marketing collateral, branding efforts, and research-driven content. While setting creative strategy, the Art Director remains hands-on leading concept development,design execution, and final refinement to ensure every deliverable reflects excellence, innovation, strategic clarity, and brand consistency.


In addition to directing creative output, the Art Director leads and mentors regional designers, establishes best practices, and upholds high standards for quality, efficiency, and strategic thinking. This role operates independently while collaborating closely with regional leadership, the broader North America Creative team, and the Vice President of Creative on key initiatives and company priorities.


KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILTIES


Regional Creative Leadership

  • Serve as the primary creative lead for the Southwest and Southeast regions
  • Build strong partnerships with broker leads and brokers to support all new business and client presentations.
  • Translate regional business goals into compelling, differentiated creative strategies
  • Act as a trusted advisor to leadership on creative strategy and visual storytelling


Creative Direction & Execution

  • Lead the development of high-impact proposals, pitch books, presentations, property branding and marketing materials, research collateral, and more
  • Oversee the full design lifecycle - from conceptualization and mood boarding to final execution and delivery
  • Ensure design excellence across print, digital, motion, and interactive formats

  • Manage, mentor, and inspire regional designers to deliver best-in-class work

  • Commercial real estate or architecture industry experience strongly preferred
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere, etc.)
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Solid understanding of marketing strategy, data visualization, and user experience best practices
