Job Summary:

The Clinical Director is an experienced, licensed clinician who oversees the clinical operations of two Evolve residential programs in Walnut Creek and Lafayette. The Clinical Director works alongside the Operations Manager to ensure that all administrative, operations, and compliance needs are being met. All duties listed below apply to both programs that the Clinical Director oversees.

Clinical Responsibilities:

  • Provide clinical oversight to the programs and ensure that all quality, clinical excellence, and safety measures are maintained.
  • Provide clinical supervision to unlicensed staff per BBS requirements
  • Provide tours for prospective clients and their families and support Primary Therapists as needed in supporting client’s families.

The Privacy & Conversion Data team is responsible for how the company safely and compliantly uses conversion data to power monetization. We build and operate the core privacy infrastructure behind ads reporting and optimization, including controlled data environments, finegrained access controls, centralized privacy rules enforcement, and deidentification pipelines for conversion data. Role Summary


We're seeking a Staff Engineer to lead the architecture and technical direction for the conversion data privacy platform, spanning both core Conversion Data systems and deidentification for ads reporting. You'll own the endtoend design and evolution of privacycritical pipelines and services, partner closely with Product, Data Science, Legal, and infrastructure teams, and set the technical bar for how we use conversion data safely at scale.



What you'll do:



  • Lead the technical strategy and architecture for conversion data privacy across access controls, deidentification, deletion, and privacy rules enforcement, driving toward a centralized, deidentifiedbydefault, automated privacy platform for monetization.
  • Design and evolve core privacy infrastructure including controlled environments for sensitive data, finegrained authorization and policy enforcement, and a central policy repository that consistently governs access across major data platforms and query engines.

What we're looking for:

Position Overview

The President & CEO serves as MIFA's chief executive, strategist, and public leader. This role calls for a vision-setting, relational, and strategic leader who can steward a strong, mission-driven organization into its next chapter.


In this capacity, the CEO will set direction, elevate expectations, catalyze growth, and lead change: helping the organization to think bigger, operate more efficiently, and remain deeply relevant in a rapidly changing environment.


The CEO partners closely with the board of directors to translate MIFA's mission and values into clear priorities, measurable outcomes, and sustained community trust.


This position directly supervises an experienced and highly capable senior leadership team.

Organizational Leadership & Strategy

  • With input from the staff and board, set and articulate a compelling vision for MIFA’s next chapter, grounded in its founding purpose and responsive to current community needs.

  • Lead the organization with intention - supporting staff through growth, adaptation, and new ways of working.

  • Cultivate and steward relationships with major donors, foundations, corporate & government partners, and civic leaders.
  • Ensure long-term financial health through oversight of budgets, reserves, and financial planning in partnership with the CFO.
  • Position MIFA as a compelling investment for funders who care deeply about community impact.

Community Leadership & Visibility

  • Act as MIFA’s chief ambassador, representing the organization with credibility, enthusiasm, and conviction.
  • Strengthen MIFA’s visibility and leadership among Memphis nonprofits, civic institutions, governmental bodies, and community partners.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will bring a combination of leadership experience,

relational strength, and operational savvy, including:

  • Senior executive leadership experience, preferably in a nonprofit, public-sector, or community-centered organization of meaningful scale and complexity.
  • Experience leading organizations with multi-million-dollar budgets, including responsibility for financial oversight, sustainability, and long-term planning.
  • Demonstrated success working in close partnership with a governing board, including setting expectations, reporting progress, and supporting effective governance.
  • Fundraising and external relations experience, with the ability to credibly lead and support major gift fundraising, institutional partnerships, and community-based resource development.

Job Description:

The Senior Claim Specialist will be responsible for managing the claims process for clients from start to finish with an exceptional ability to achieve the best possible outcome for Kore’s internal and external clients. This position requires an experienced claim professional who needs minimal supervision and can deliver exceptional service to our clients. Exposure to a wide variety of claims is a plus. Must be a quick learner and able handle significant volume and competing demands. Timeliness and accuracy in managing responsibilities is required, despite competing demands. This position will be a claims advocate for assigned accounts across multiple lines of business, which may include handling personal lines claims for high-net worth individuals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Head of Claims and manage the claims process for all assigned responsibilities.
  • Ability to proactively identify and work through intermediate to complex coverage issues.
  • Complete Desk Reviews to include detailed facts, liability and damages analysis, and status in connection with renewal process.
  • Coordinate and conduct both carrier-led and Kore-led claim reviews.
  • Establish and maintain good working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders – internal: Account Executive Teams, etc.; external: adjusters, Claim Account Executives, wholesalers, etc.
  • Autonomously manage specific accounts with minimal supervision from Head of Claims.
  • Maintain claim file documentation and claims diaries in accordance with Best Practices on all assigned claims.
  • Create independent relationships with clients with oversight only from Head of Claims.
  • Be able to negotiate favorable results for clients in all aspects of claims disposition.
  • Access and utilize data obtained from various carrier systems to achieve the best possible claim outcomes
  • Ad hoc projects to support the Claims Department.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned to support departmental and organizational objectives.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Minimum of 15 years’ experience of relevant claims experience
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Proficiency in Applied Epic strongly preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) required
  • Ability to travel occasionally as business needs require
  • Flexibility to work outside of regular business hours when necessary to support claim activity and client needs.
  • Must be able to handle competing demands and unpredictability.
