The role of a Media Planner will be to assist with day-to-day operations of the client media plan and budget details, including flowchart, budget trackers, ensuring client signs accurate, timely Media Authorizations prior to buys. The Media Planner will be responsible for monitoring client and marketing industry trades, media plan performance reporting and competitive activity to surface industry updates, performance insights and opportunities to team and clients.
Responsibilities
Portfolio & Growth
- Attend client status meetings: take notes, summarize next steps, provide to Supervisor/Manager for approval before distributing bullet pointed list of job holder's main responsibilities.
- Build relationships and trust with partners in Mediahub's Partnership Investments, Audience Science, Campaign Insights, Insights + Action and Radical + Disruptive, in addition to extended Mediabrands and Kinesso specialty teams.
- Monitor client and marketing industry trades, media plan performance reporting and competitive activity to surface industry updates, performance insights and opportunities to team and clients.
Media Strategy
- Support 1-2 accounts, pending scale and complexity of business and scope of deliverables.
- Research and develop media plan scenarios for assigned clients.
- Partner with Local Investments, Kinesso and Partnership Investments on development of partner list, RFP details and evaluation prior to client recommendations.
- Support presentation development with research, creating check-ins throughout timeline, participating in discussion, and contributing to/prepare/write slides for client presentation decks.
- Partner with analytics team to implement measurement objectives and taxonomy.
- Support campaign implementation and execution, QA, monitoring/optimizing, and conduct insightful reporting.
- Utilize IGNITE planning strategy process (Implement business intelligence, generate multiple audience segments, Navigate the investment, tap into culture, Evolve with speed and precision) as part of client teams, to guarantee robust analysis of business/media role.
- Visualize, summarize, and develop insights and implications for competitive reporting.
- Gathers, organizes, and presents (pending leader's readiness assessment) competitive research and spending data.
- Utilize planning tools (i.e. Kismet, R/F, etc) to determine the optimal media mix (across all channels) and plan delivery.
- Employ media math and how to apply calculations, demonstrating proficiency in working with and managing numbers.
- Maintain updated costs and media plan details in Media Tools (or client flowchart software).
- Confirm client media authorization approval for Partner Investments and Kinesso to set up buys, issue Insertion Orders, reconcile buys and traffic assets to vendors.
- Provide assistance with Billing Process, updating team status documents and working across the internal cross functional teams (Video Investments, R&D Labs, creative, etc.).
- Ensure familiarity with Insights + Action and Radical + Disruptive capabilities, process and approach to support integration into media plans.
- Contribute ideas that contribute to creative media tactics.

Required Skills & Experience
- Experience planning or buying, while developing additional acumen of cross-channel media marketplace and planning essentials (delivery levels, flighting, etc.), including Video/Audio Broadcast/Streaming, Direct and Addressable Digital, Social Media, Retail Media (if applicable), Print, OOH, etc.
- Able to demonstrate the ability to successfully multi-task while preserving high attention to detail, manage time and show superb organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
- Demonstrate excellent verbal, written and presentation skills and ability to think on your feet.
- Strong mathematical abilities
- Proficient computer skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and knowledge of DCM, Prisma, comScore, MRI.

Summary of Position

We are currently seeking licensed therapists in one of the following states: California, New York, Ohio, Alabama, South Carolina, Kentucky, Missouri, Oklahoma, Minnesota, Utah, or Mississippi (LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC) to provide virtual mental health services on a 1099 contract basis. As a contracted provider, you'll work independently, set your own schedule, and use your clinical expertise to help clients thrive-supported by Teladoc's technology and infrastructure.
Essential Dutiesand Responsibilities (as an Independent Contractor)
Deliver individual therapy sessions virtually (via secure video and phone), focusing on adolescent and adult populations.
Assess, diagnose, and develop treatment plans using evidence-based therapeutic approaches.
Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation in accordance with applicable legal and ethical standards.
Coordinate with Teladoc's support teams as needed to facilitate client care and resolve technical issues.
Exercise independent clinical judgment to manage client care in a remote setting.
Required Qualifications
- Experience providing therapy in an unsupervised, independent practice setting.
- Active license (LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC) in at least one of the following states: California, New York, Ohio, Alabama, South Carolina, Kentucky, Missouri, Oklahoma, Minnesota, Utah, or Mississippi with eligibility to treat patients independently.
- Master's degree or higher in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

- Experience working with clients managing PTSD, depression, anxiety, or trauma-related conditions.
- Strong clinical skills and ability to operate autonomously in a telehealth environment.

Summary of Position
The RX Fulfillment Coordinator plays an integral part in ensuring superior care of patients treated through Teladoc. The RX Fulfillment Coordinator will apply professional knowledge in processing prescriptions ordered by Teladoc providers (either via telephone or electronically), support Teladoc providers as dictated by established policies and guidelines, and provide member support by phone or electronic messages.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Deliver exceptional service to members, providers, and pharmacies, representing Teladoc in a professional and courteous manner through a variety of communication channels including incoming and outgoing calls and emails.
Apply professional knowledge to ensure prescriptions are processed accurately and in a timely manner under supervision of prescriber and supervisor in a call-center environment.
Provide direct support to Teladoc providers as needed
Receive escalated calls from patients or providers and de-escalate these calls to a reasonable outcome for all parties.
Initiate and submit prior-authorization requests on-line to health insurance carriers.
Manage daily task list to meet department performance metric goals.
Maintain detailed and accurate case documentation in admin system, including description of issue and resolution.
Maintain confidentiality of issues and adheres to all applicable regulations, including HIPAA.

Required Qualifications
High school diploma required
Active Pharmacy Technician (National) Certification, Medical Assistant Certification, or Licensed Practical/Vocational nurse license.
Prior experience in a call center environment preferred
Minimum 2-year experience as a Pharmacy Tech, Medical Assistant or LPN/LVN
Minimum of 1-year experience in a call center environment
Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
Ability to receive work instruction and maintain department productivity standards
Team player with ability to work in a fast-paced call-center environment while maintaining focus and sense of accuracy
Knowledge of Healthcare and medical terminology, with a high level of prescription medication familiarity
Must be able to work independently but recognize when escalation is warranted

The Stranding Operator is responsible for setting up, loading and operating the stranding machine and making necessary adjustments to ensure the quality of the strand meets required specifications. The Stranding Operator is responsible for his/her own safety and the safety of those around the stranding machine.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Record set-up information at the start of each order.
- Load in full bobbins with the use of appropriate mechanical devices.
- Weld or knot new wire with old wire in the machine from previous order (if applicable).
- Thread machine by pulling wire through guides and stranding heads.
- Secure, install and adjust the proper dies, stranding head, post-former and carboloy rings as required by the order.
- Set the proper lay according to order specifications.
- Twist the new strand together and pick the wires into the proper strand construction.
- Adjust bobbin tension and die pressure at the beginning of the order and as required throughout the entire order.
- Inspect and replace tensioning devices as needed.
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment.
- Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned based on operational needs, process changes, or business requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Stranding Operators should possess math skills and mechanical aptitude
- Stranding Operators must have the ability to use and read micrometers, tape measure, feeler gauge, and basic hand tools
- Standing/walking on concrete floors for 12-hour shifts
- Pushing/pulling, lifting up to 30 lbs.
- Ability and willingness to adapt to changing job responsibilities, schedules, and operational requirements.

- High School Diploma or GED or equivalent
Materials and Equipment Directly Used
- Personal protective equipment, including safety glasses, hearing protection, gloves, and steel-toed safety shoes
- Stranding Operators will be required to use JDE TranCollector scan guns to issue and return material from a work order. Scan guns will also be used to record production and print production tags.

Our work enables consistency, efficiency, and highquality user experiences by partnering closely with UX, design, accessibility, and product teams. We support the full lifecycle of components, from discovery and design through development, testing, accessibility validation, and documentation.
We are seeking a FrontEnd Development Engineer who is passionate about building accessible, scalable, and usercentered interfaces. In this role, you will develop and support DSG components and patterns that empower product teams across the organization. You will work closely with design, accessibility consultants, and product partners to ensure solutions meet brand standards, usability best practices, and technical excellence.
