A Business Advisor is responsible for building relationships with small to mid-sized businesses and offering them financing solutions. This is a B2B sales role where you will be consulting with business owners on a daily basis to help them achieve their financial goals. Fast Pace: This is a very fast sales cycle and work environment. You will be communicating with many different clients on a daily basis and most transactions are completed in 1-3 days.

End-to-End Sales Role: Our Business Advisors are responsible for facilitating the sales process from start to finish. This includes prospecting clients via call, email, & text. We leverage automated sales support to aid in initial prospecting, but you take over once a client replies or calls in. Part of the prospecting process is done via outbound phone calls. Business Advisors are expected to make 70+ calls per day between initial calls and follow-up work.

The Journey To Business Advising: Upon starting as a Business Advisor, you will complete a one-month, hands-on training program to get you ready before you hit the sales floor. This training program is heavily dependent on repetition and practice. You will learn the specific sales plays & training, hear them in action from current/previous Business Advisors, and then put them to practice in repetition sessions. You will also be trained on the support systems that will help you be a successful Business Advisor. This includes phone systems and other sales support technology, qualification guidelines, underwriting/funding process, Rapid Finance Marketplace, etc.

Once initial training is complete, you will continue to hone your skills with our Sales Director while in a production role. On-the-job training includes continued group training as well as listening to calls and getting direct feedback on how you can improve your process to increase conversions. We pride ourselves on continued coaching to better our Business Advisors and help them climb the promotion tiers within the Business Advisor role. It's one thing to retain information that is trained, we need people who can put it into play and have the discipline to execute on it every time.

Rapid Finance will not sponsor applicants for work visas of any kind for this position. Total compensation package includes a base pay of $30K plus commissions and additional cash incentives. Compensation expectation in total is $125,000-$175,000 per year.

Job Details

The Store Manager leads the Mattress Firm vision, company initiatives and achieves sales performance goals by holding associates accountable for the execution of in-store merchandising in multiple store units. The role is responsible for leading selling programs, driving related KPI results in multiple store units and supporting the omni-channel experience. The Store Manager ensures teams always put the customer at the center and create a compelling and engaging environment for Mattress Firm team members.

  • Drive individual and team sales performance and KPIs.
  • Train and coach store employees in sales, product knowledge and operating activities, providing constructive feedback; annual performance reviews and Individual Development Plans.
  • Create an environment where customers are always at the center and have an exceptional experience.
  • Communicate professionally and regularly with field employees (Distribution Center, District Manager, Regional VP, etc.) to address immediate concerns and questions.
  • Assist in multi-store staffing, interviewing, and hiring qualified candidates.
  • Continue to develop skills, competencies, product knowledge through assigned course work, training, and other company led activities.
  • Conduct workforce management activities (store staffing schedule, reconciling punches etc.), utilizing Operations team support and tools.
  • Achieve or exceed individual store financial targets through effective execution and customer service at the store level.
  • Ensure store execution of product merchandising, marketing, and POP standards.
  • Ensure company policies, including appearance and functionality standards, and state regulations are followed.
  • Partner with marketing to plan, implement and monitor assigned store's social media strategy to positively impact brand awareness and increase sales.

Boost your paycheck with our stress-free membership model. Our top performers typically earn an additional $2 - $4 per hour in commission on top of their base rate.

As a Sales Associate, you will:

  • Meet membership sales goals
  • Successfully achieve all performance-based goals set by spa leadership and the company on a consistent basis. These goals include, but are not limited to: Membership Conversion, Booking Efficiency, Call Conversion, and Gift Card Sales
  • Maintain a detailed knowledge of our service menu and work to educate clients on the benefits of specific services and enhancements
  • Provide an excellent customer experience to all clients through the answering of phone calls, setting appointments, greeting clients and membership sales and management
  • Passionately promote sales, promotions, and events
  • Uphold spa cleanliness standards
  • Perform various other duties as assigned

The SA role has a varied schedule including weekend, daytime, evening, and holiday hourly schedules, and flexible availability is preferred.
