Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Process Engineer – Aerospace. This position is crucial for ensuring that products meet engineering principles, safety regulations, and customer expectations. Compensation range - $34/hr - $44/hr

Core Responsibilities

• Design and develop manufacturing processes, ensuring they meet technical specifications and industry standards.
• Implement manufacturing processes, including selection of appropriate materials and technology.

Key Responsibilities

Sales, Quoting & Customer Support

• Prepare and issue quotations for gear manufacturing, gearbox repair, and related machining services.

Maintain all common areas (restrooms, fire pits, cook areas, signage, lighting, etc.)

Supervise vendors, contractors, and service providers

Coordinate equipment maintenance and repairs with vendors

Act as incident commander during emergencies; manage on-site security when present

Qualifications

Willingness to: Train and become a trainer on espresso machine, front desk clerk trainer,
