The primary functions of the Project Manager is to plan, manage, and implement engineering improvement projects with the objective of delivering improved engineering quality for the client by ensuring engineering processes, systems, and resources are integrated and optimized to achieve performance goals. The position requires a working knowledge of power industry design and construction practices, standards, and processes as well as the use of independent judgment, enhanced verbal and written communication skills, and ability to work with minimal supervision with the support of a team consisting of local and remote resources. The ideal candidate would have a Bachelor's or Associates degree in Engineering or Technology, Business, Construction Management, or related field from an accredited curriculum, and a minimum of eight years of relevant experience with at least two years' experience independently managing design or construction projects.
Desired PM Functions:
- Successfully deliver on rapid-response special projects, including but not limited to, gathering data, meeting with stakeholders and documenting findings, development of special reports, etc.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Modify and improve critical components and program PLC for draw down process upgrades.
- Collaborate with the manifold team to assist with design, programming, and fabrication of CNC-milled components for diffusion bonding.
- Study the existing products to gain an understanding of how Arcmed supports industry.
- Work with internal stakeholders to determine areas of improvement.
- Merge the functional intent of the product with various upgrades to create a project proposal.
- Drive project proposal to a Go/No-Go decision.
- Deliver final presentation to Board of Directors outlining project efforts, results, and lessons learned.

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS, QUALIFICATIONS, and TRAININGS

- Engineering degree, Mechanical or Electrical preferred.
- Recommended to be a Junior or Senior with experience in Product Design and Manufacturing.
- Interpersonal skills.
COMPUTER AND SOFTWARE REQUIREMENTS
- Microsoft: Office 365; SharePoint; Teams; Visio; and OneNote preferred.
- Experience with CAD software (preferably SolidWorks)
- Ability to operate media equipment such as tablets, smartphones, and other electronic equipment.
- Ability to work with general office equipment.
- Ability to work with and understand databases is a must, and the ability to learn technical skills.

Water/Wastewater Engineer – Project Manager – Treatment

Key Responsibilities
- Project Management – Treatment Focus: Lead planning, design, and delivery of water and wastewater treatment plant projects and related facilities (including pumping stations and associated collection/distribution infrastructure) for municipal and utility clients.
- Scope, Schedule & Budget: Manage multiple concurrent projects, taking ownership of scope definition, scheduling, budgeting, resource planning, change management, and contract closeout.
- Technical Leadership: Provide technical direction and QA/QC for treatment process design, pumping facilities, and associated civil/mechanical components; review calculations, plans, and specifications prepared by project teams.
- Client Interface: Serve as a primary point of contact for key clients in the Hampton Roads region; lead progress meetings, present technical findings, and build long-term client relationships.
- Team Mentorship: Mentor and guide junior and mid-level engineers, supporting their technical growth and helping to develop the next generation of project leaders.
- Cross-Discipline Coordination: Collaborate with other internal disciplines (civil, structural, electrical, controls, construction management) and external stakeholders to resolve design and interface issues.
- Business Development: Support and lead pursuits, including identifying opportunities, helping shape win strategies, preparing proposals and fee estimates, and participating in interviews and presentations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Environmental, Mechanical Engineering, or closely related discipline from an accredited program.
- 8+ years of progressive experience in water/wastewater engineering, with significant focus on treatment plant design and project delivery.
- Active Professional Engineer (PE) license.
- Demonstrated experience managing water/wastewater projects from planning through design and into construction, including responsibility for schedule and budget.
- Strong technical skills in water/wastewater treatment processes, pumping facilities, and collection/distribution systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to lead client meetings and prepare clear technical reports and presentations.
Preferred Experience
- 10–15 years of experience in municipal water/wastewater consulting, with an emphasis on treatment plant projects.
- Direct experience working with Hampton Roads and Virginia municipal/utility clients and familiarity with regional permitting and regulatory requirements.
- Prior responsibility for project financial performance, staff management/mentorship, and pursuit strategy on key water/wastewater projects.
- Involvement in professional organizations such as WEF and AWWA.

Position Responsibilities:
∙ Support airframe structural designs based on trade studies, research, and analysis.
∙ Responsible for performing detailed analysis of advanced composite and metallic structure using classical hand calculations and FE tools to develop high performance airframe structures.
∙ Perform static analysis using industry standard calculations methods (i.e. Bruhn, Roark Flabel, and O.E.M. structures manuals).

Providers will work onsite as part of a dynamic, collaborative Patient Aligned Care Team (PACT) dedicated to comprehensive, veteran-centered care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive primary care services including chronic disease management (diabetes, hypertension, COPD, heart failure), preventive care (immunizations, screenings, lifestyle counseling), and acute care for new/urgent symptoms.
- Lead care coordination as part of an interdisciplinary team (PACT model), collaborating with specialists, mental health providers, social workers, pharmacists, and community care partners.
- Integrate geriatric, palliative, and women’s health into patient care.
- Conduct telehealth visits and remote patient monitoring as required.
- Participate in patient hand-offs, consult/referral procedures, staff meetings, and QA/QI activities.
