Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Office Administrator/Editor located in Los Angeles, CA. The role involves managing daily office operations, providing administrative assistance, working with office equipment, maintaining an efficient workplace environment, list watches on our platforms and handle shipping. It is a positive if you have some video/photography editing experience that can help out with some editing if need be.
Essential Functions

POSITION PURPOSE:
Total responsibility for product delivery to customers in the most efficient and safest manner possible.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Hire, train, supervise, coach, and review all delivery employees. This includes drivers, forklift drivers,
and dock clerks.
2. Exercises safety precautions and assist with employee training to do the same.

7. Ensures special deliveries are made promptly and efficiently.
8. Ensures product is delivered on a timely basis.
9. Monitors maintenance and repairs on vehicles and delivery equipment such as pallet jacks, carts, dolly,
etc. Responsible for vetting, approving and submitting for payment all invoices related to delivery
operation: Fleet, pallet jack, dock, etc.
10. Periodically checks with customers on proper merchandising.
11. Coordinates delivery of product for new accounts with management.
12. Resolves delivery problems with customers.
13. Check drivers in as necessary. Ensure all policies are followed and all monies are properly turned in
and accounted for each day.
14. Utilizes route reports as a tool to develop cost effective routes.
15. Monitors junk ice returns and follow-up with same. Ensure proper inventory control – responsible to
ensure proper transactions occur as inventory leaves and returns to the warehouse.
16. Manages the dock. Ensure appointment times are adhered to for all distributors and coordinate with
loading times of company vehicles.
17. Make and assume other duties and responsibilities required or assigned by management.

OPERATING RESPONSIBILITIES:

This job is diverse and complex due to the number of duties and situations which must be handled.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY:
This position has direct supervisory responsibilities for all delivery personnel including drivers, forklift drivers and dock clerks.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
High school diploma with the ability to do basic math and complete paperwork. Must have some experience in route sales, delivery and supervision. Must hold a valid CDL Class A drivers license and have an acceptable motor vehicle record. Minimum 5 years of experience managing a team of professional drivers.
WORKING CONDITIONS/PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Minimal travel; on-call availability, weekend and evening work may be required. Must hold a valid Class A CDL with an acceptable MVR and current medical certificate. Must be able to climb a ladder, work with light duty tools, and lift up to 40 pounds. Work is conducted in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment. The Opportunity
Plug is looking for a wholesale EV Buyer to join our growing team. This is a critical, high-ownership role where you will work directly with inbound consumer leads and vehicle submissions via our EV Trade Desk. Position Summary:
The Key Account Manager (KAM) represents Haosen Group in front of strategic customers located in North America. This role is responsible for new business development, account management, commercial negotiations, program execution, after-sales coordination, and payment follow-up. The lab develops RNA-, and CRISPR-based approaches for laminopathies and muscular dystrophies, using viral and non-viral delivery platforms (i.e., AAV and extracellular vesicles (EVs)). The lab also leads EV-based biomarker discovery efforts in muscular dystrophies. This position will require experience in EV and/or AAV isolation, purification, and characterization, -omics workflows, mouse work, including dosing and tissue collection. Experience in EV and/or AAV engineering is desired. Experience in cardiovascular or skeletal muscle biology is preferred. Additional details:

Reporting to the Sr. Director of Operations, the Project Manager is the execution engine behind Plug’s most crucial cross-functional initiatives. You will partner closely with Operations, Product, Engineering, Sales, and Finance to turn operational problems into shipped products, reliable automations, and clean, decision-ready data.
You will drive projects end-to-end — from discovery to rollout — ensuring improvements across titles, payments, transport, arbitration, and dealer workflows are delivered on time, adopted successfully, and built on strong operational insight.
Key Responsibilities
Project Execution & Delivery
- Lead initiatives from discovery → scoping → planning → delivery → adoption.
- Maintain timelines, RAID logs, project plans, and stakeholder updates.
- Ensure cross-functional alignment, risk mitigation, and timely decision-making.
Turn Operational Needs Into Product Requirements
- Translate workflows and pain points into clear PRDs and user stories.
- Define acceptance criteria and support sprint planning/backlog management.
- Ensure product builds reflect real operational needs and optimize user efficiency.
Automation Design & Implementation
- Build and maintain workflow automations using Zapier/Make, HubSpot, Google Workspace, Apps Script/Python, or webhooks.
- Identify manual steps and design solutions to reduce cycle times and error rates.
Data Analysis & Reporting
- Create lightweight analyses, dashboards, and KPI tracking.
- Provide insights that help leadership prioritize projects and assess impact.
Data Quality & Standards
- Define data hygiene standards, validation rules, and audit routines.
- Lead deduplication and issue resolution to maintain clean data pipelines.
Change Management & Enablement
- Run UAT, pilot features, write SOPs/playbooks, train users, and support rollout.
- Monitor adoption and iterate based on feedback and usage telemetry.
Vendor, Partner & Integration Coordination
- Coordinate with third-party partners and internal system owners.
- Ensure API, integration, and process changes are delivered accurately and on schedule.
Qualifications
What You'll Bring..
- 3–5+ years in project management, program management, product operations, or technical operations.
- Proven track record of shipping cross-functional projects with measurable impact.
- Technical fluency: requirements writing, data manipulation, and automation building.
- Strong analytical abilities and clear written communication.
- Bias toward ownership, action, and practical simplicity.
Nice to Have..
- Experience with EV or automotive wholesale, payments/floorplan, or title workflows.
- Exposure to Metabase/Tableau and automation CI practices.
- Certifications such as PMP, CSM, or Lean/Six Sigma fundamentals.
Compensation and Benefits
- Annual Salary: $80,000 - $90,000 USD

The Foods Warehouse position is physically demanding; manual labor is required. The Foods Support team is responsible for providing support to the Food Service department through ice production and delivery, beverage machine maintenance and novelty food storage and delivery. This position requires a valid drivers license and you must be 18 years of age or older.

Foods Support Associates are required to interact with guests, other Associates, leads, and supervisors on a daily basis. Additionally, Foods Support Associatess are required to continuously work outdoors and closely with others. Support staff will be required to work in the park when needed and must pass all Associates and cash handling trainings. Occasionally will work alone. Will always be exposed to direct sunlight, dust, dirt, and water. Must be able to function in all weather conditions for long periods of time. Foods Ice House/Support Host/Hostess must be willing to help in the park when needed. This may include but is not limited to, food safety, cash handling, interacting with guests, and providing excellent service.
Pay Rate: $16.50/Hour
Responsibilities:
* Must be able to promote the park with the utmost enthusiasm and pride while providing support to the Foods Department through ice production and delivery.
* Maintain the production of ice and delivery to food stands throughout the park.
* Delivery of ice via the use of park vehicles, hand trucks and manually.
* Bagging and lifting ice and operating lift equipment.
* Maintain a safe and clean work area.
* Maintain proper attendance and timelines.
* Required to attend work in full grooming guidelines.
* Required to stay in uniform w/ the exception of when in the support area.
* Ensure guest safety and satisfaction in their stay at Six Flags.
* Resolve Guest concerns that may arise on a daily basis.
* Ensure standards of performance for all areas within their responsibilities are met.
* Respond to any emergency situation in the area and maintain control until an area supervisor arrives.
* Ensure that image, cleanliness and courtesy standards requirements are met.
* Refrain from consuming any substance that may impair judgment.
* Cooperate with all Associatess and managers.
* Answer guest questions and give proper guidance.
* Complete any and all tasks as requested by Six Flags Management.
* Respond to emergencies with appropriate action, maintain control and notify supervisor.
Qualifications:
* At least 18 years of age.
* Must posses a valid driver's license to drive park vehicles.
* Able to communicate effectively in the English language, including the ability to read, speak, and understand the English language.
* Available to work flexible hours at nights, weekends and holidays.
* Must have good customer service skills.
* Requires continuous sitting or standing, bending, eye/hand coordination, near vision, hearing, and speech. Requires frequent kneeling, manual dexterity, gross motor skills, and color definition.
