This role partners closely with the Service Manager, Project Managers, and clients to deliver timely, cost-effective, and safe service work. The Service Superintendent is accountable for leading service crews, coordinating scheduling, ensuring safety compliance, and maintaining strong client relationships.
Duties/Responsibilities- Lead, coordinate, and supervise service foremen and technicians across multiple active service jobs.
- Ensure repairs, leak calls, preventive maintenance, and warranty work are performed safely, efficiently, and to company quality standards.
- Partner with the Service Manager to schedule daily/weekly assignments, material loading, and equipment needs.
- Oversee work in progress, monitoring labor hours, material usage, and safety practices.
