What We’re Looking For
3+ years of experience in HVAC, cleanroom, or lab equipment service (TAB, BSC, or fume hood experience a plus)
Strong technical aptitude with airflow testing and digital instruments

Organized and comfortable managing multiple jobs at once
Willing to travel regionally (up to 50–60%)
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Able to lift up to 75 lbs and work safely in mechanical spaces

Overview

Position Summary
The Children’s Services Coordinator supports children and families living in family shelter programs serving approximately 50 families across congregate, scattered site, and motel/hotel placements. This role helps strengthen child well-being, parent-child relationships, and access to developmentally appropriate, trauma-informed supports and early education resources.
Key Responsibilities
- Build safe, nurturing, and supportive relationships with children and families
- Support parents through engagement, communication, and parenting-focused programming
- Plan and lead parent/child playgroups, youth activities, and after-school options
- Coordinate on-site programming with community partners (Early Intervention, parenting groups, therapeutic and enrichment programs)
- Assist parents with childcare/preschool search and enrollment and maintain updated resource lists
- Collaborate with schools and homeless liaisons to support children’s educational stability
- Track supportive services and activities in participant electronic files (VESTA)

Qualifications

Job Summary:
The National Service Manager will lead the service department for the machine tool division. This critical role involves overseeing existing Service Managers and service staff, providing technical support to order processing, collaborating with machine tool builders, and ensuring smooth installations, service delivery, and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Service Department, overseeing all service personnel and operations, including equipment installation, diagnostics, routine maintenance, repairs, and custom modifications.
- Develop and administer Service Department processes, covering:
- Service scheduling guidelines
- Allocation and coordination of service personnel and resources nationwide
- Recording and monitoring of assets in both internal databases and vendor platforms

Requirements
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in the machine tool industry (in areas such as service, sales, applications engineering, or direct technical/hands-on roles).
- Previous supervisory or management experience within a service department (strongly preferred)
- Practical, hands-on background working directly with machine tools.
- Strong communication skills (customer facing and internally)

· Base $60k–$85k + uncapped commission; OTE $110k–$150k+

In this role you will own the full sales cycle to grow market share of commercial/HOA/institutional clients of landscape maintenance, enhancements, irrigation, fertilization, and snow & ice services:
• Build and execute a sales plan to drive revenue growth
• Network in associations, chambers, and industry events
• Prospect, build relationships, and close profitable proposals aligned with client needs and company margins
