General Summary Of Duties:
Supervise and participate with all specialty room kitchen personnel to prepare, cook and present food according to hotel standard recipes. Create quality food products to ensure guest satisfaction.

- Provide leadership and oversight for team members responsible for:
- Balance sheet reconciliations
- Bank reconciliations
- Payroll processing
- Accounts receivable management
- Month-end close
- Ensure strong departmental structure, training, and succession planning
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- MBA, CPA, or equivalent certification preferred
- 10+ years of progressive finance experience, including 5+ years in a senior hotel finance leadership role
- Strong understanding of hotel financial operations and GAAP accounting principles
- Demonstrated experience managing hotel accounting teams and financial processes
- Proven ability to partner with executive leadership and ownership groups
- Strong analytical, financial modeling, and strategic planning skills
- Exceptional communication and leadership abilities
- Ability to operate successfully in a fast-paced luxury hospitality environment
- Experience working with SUN Systems, Opera PMS, and BirchStreet is a strong advantage

Duties
- Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are followed at all times.
- Maintain proper food storage and rotation using FIFO (First In, First Out) practices.
- Complete assigned opening, running, and closing kitchen duties.
- Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and presentation standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation throughout the shift.
- Follow portion control guidelines to ensure consistency and minimize waste.
- Assist with receiving, stocking, and storing food deliveries as needed.
- Monitor food quality and report any shortages, spoilage, or equipment issues to management.
- Work collaboratively with kitchen and service team members to ensure timely food preparation.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and health department regulations.

- High school diploma or general education degree GED.

What will you do?
- Deliver beverages and other products throughout the facility.
- Stock product in beverage storage; maintain inventory supply levels.
- Report all needed repairs to the supervisor.
- Keep the work area and equipment neat and clean.
- Empty trash containers and transport them to the dumpsters as needed.
