Responsibilities:
- Provide direct administrative support to the leadership team

Position Overview

Qualifications
- 3+ years of management experience in the retail or hospitality industry with proven results

May be required to occasionally climb ladders, climb and descend stairs frequently, depending on location. Must be able to lift and carry 30 pounds regularly without assistance

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct U.S. trademark clearance searches and provide risk assessments
- Manage trademark prosecution and portfolio strategy
- Handle matters before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board (TTAB)
