- Located one hour drive to Savannah, GA, 4 hours to Atlanta, GA and 2 hours to Jacksonville, FL
- Openings for outpatient Pediatrics and pediatric urgent care (or a mix of both)
- Group also has a Pediatric urgent care office only 10 miles from Savannah, GA (group is expanding in pediatric urgent care as well)
- Can live in Savannah, Richmond Hill, Pooler - excellent schools
- Join a private group of 4 Pediatricians and 1 APP as they continue to grow their Pediatric Urgent Care facilities and their Outpatient clinic.
- Outpatient, no hospital coverage. Well and sick child visit
- Monday Friday 8 am 5 pm
- Urgent care shifts available as group owns an urgent care office near Savannah, GA. Various scheduling options if interested in just covering urgent care

- 158 bed level III Trauma Center
- 30 bed Acuity Adaptable ICU
- Multiple subspecialties (Pulm/CC, GI, Urology, Neuro, Surgical, etc )
- NP s responsible for majority of admissions
- Inpatient- 13-16 per physician
- Incredibly strong RT department
- Teaching institution affiliated with IU School of Medicine we have Med students and residents

Pediatrics in AL North West Alabama on the lake 1 hour to Huntsville 2 hours to Birmingham 130 miles to Nashville 150 miles to Memphis Join a private group with 2 full-time physicians and 12 CRNPs.
The clinic is 10,000 square feet, and they utilize EHR and have Clia waived labs with x-ray on site.
After the first year, base salary plus production incentives with partnership opportunity.
Standard holidays off.

About the 5C Medical Teaching Unit
On 5C, you’ll join a collaborative care team including medical nursing staff, hospitalists, and specialized consultants. Our relationship‑based care model empowers nurses to build strong, supportive connections with patients, families, and peers—grounded in our core values of love and excellence.
You will use your clinical expertise to assess physical and emotional needs, evaluate past health history, and lead education and care planning for both patients and their families.

- Manage care for five medical/surgical patients per shift
- Partner within a multidisciplinary team to support realistic health goals
- Provide close monitoring, emergency response, and ongoing supportive care
- Ensure safe transitions to the appropriate level of care

What you'll do in this role:
* Hospice patient identification, follow-up, and management in the hospital
* Manage Hospice referrals for assigned area, which may come from several sources including but not limited to: Hospitals, Discharge Planners, Physicians
* Work closely with the insurance department
* Review charts to determine eligibility for program(s)
* Determine Hospice level of care needs for each referral
* Call/ conduct visits with patients/caregivers to explain and discuss Hospice services
* Process appropriate documents including physician orders/certification
* Communicate with Hospice Supervisor/Manager regarding status of referral to facilitate continued admission process and transition of care as needed by the patient
We are looking for compassionate Hospice Admissions Registered Nurse with:
* RN license in the state you work
* Associate degree or higher from an accredited School of Nursing
* Two years of RN experience, hospice experience preferred
* Current CPR and BCLS certification
* Current driver's license
