A Day in the Life of a Service Coordinator:

As a Liberty Military Housing Service Coordinator, you will assist with the resident move in/move out process of a multi-family residential community. Your role includes heavy customer interaction and the ability to effectively schedule maintenance work including the work of vendors and contractors and to ensure all service requests and work orders are completed in a timely manner. Your role requires the ability to work efficiently as well as being able to effectively communicate and deliver on our mission of providing exemplary service according to Liberty Military Housing’s quality service and customer satisfaction standards.


Your Responsibilities Include, But Not Limited To

  • Schedule and conduct home inspections as it relates to the move in/move out process, including pre-move in/pre-move out, and final inspections.
  • Assist with the ordering and scheduling of vendor services.
  • Maintain and monitor make-ready boards to ensure work is accurately distributed and meets completion timelines.
  • Work in conjunction with the maintenance team to ensure service requests are assigned and scheduled appropriately and completed in a timely manner.
  • Provide residents with any charges related to move out/final inspection results.
  • Create purchase orders for all vendor maintenance services and products (i.e. paint, flooring, etc.).
  • Generate work orders for make readies and other maintenance service requests.

  • Assist with the distribution of correspondence/notices (3-day notices, move out charges, water intrusion, other important resident notices that pertain to maintenance services, etc.).

ICMS is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to observe, document, and coordinate day-to-day airfield construction activities for an aviation project. This key field role is responsible for verifying strict compliance with project drawings, specifications, safety protocols, and contract provisions. You will work closely with the Project Manager/CM team, airport operations, and the contractor to maintain project schedule, quality, and safety on heavy civil and infrastructure projects.

Responsible for coordination and monitoring of overall field construction administration activities and/or management engineering services on projects of a diverse nature in accordance with design specifications to assure that construction projects are completed in compliance with the drawings and specifications, within budget, and on schedule. In absence of the Construction Project Manager, serves as the senior company representative at the construction site with responsibility for ensuring that construction proceeds in accordance with design and contractual documents. Job responsibilities will include:

* Overseeing an extensive CM team that includes, as needed and approved by DFW, construction project managers and other CM support staff. Varies extensively depending on the degree of DFW construction contract oversight activity.
* Reviewing and recommending updates/expansion of existing CM procedures/processes.
* Managing the tendering RFI process and responsible for approval and issuance of any Addenda.
* Assist PM in change management & scope development.
* Liaison between contractors/End users and authorities having jurisdiction (AHJ).

* Managing quality services related to oversight and supervision of construction contractors' quality control services, including, at a minimum, confirmation that the standards required by the contract are met.
* Reviewing, adapting as necessary, and monitoring construction safety programs.
* Leading periodic construction meetings, and additional meetings if needed, to resolve issues impacting cost and schedule.
* Recording, preparing and distributing high level meeting minutes and reviewing with Project manager and Senior Project Manager.
* Working with DFW's Environmental Officer and other entities like ETAM to monitor compliance with all environmental requirements.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Work as part of team to install equipment. With a focus on safety and customer service.
  • Accurately and neatly document work performed using a combination of electronic forms, software applications, and traditional handwritten reports where required.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
  • Travel may be required to install sites.

Required Skills/Abilities

  • Iron work/steel erection experience.
  • Aptitude for either electrical or mechanical environments as well as familiarity with mechanical and electrical equipment
  • Comfort with working at heights
  • Welding experience- Wire Feed (MIG), Stick (SMAW)
  • Hands-on electro-mechanical maintenance or equivalent military experience a plus
  • Competence in equipment operation. Reach forklifts, scissor lifts.
  • Ability to read blueprints and schematics
  • Ability to work well in a team environment.

Project Overview:

As part of the Hampton Roads Connector Partners (HRCP) Joint Venture (JV) consisting of VINCI Construction, Dragados, and Flatiron has been selected to construct the $3.3BN Design Build project – the largest civil construction contract ever awarded by the Virginia Department of Transportation (VDOT).

The project scope across a 9-mile section of the I-64 will include: a new 3.5-mile bridge-tunnel crossing that will accommodate a total of 8 lanes of capacity across the water, replacement of the existing marine approach bridges and the addition of a third lane on I-64 in each direction. The twin 45’ diameter 1.5-mile tunnels will be bored by TBM, creating the second largest TBM tunnel opening for a TBM in North America. The project is expected to continue to the beginning of 2027.


Responsibilities:

As the Tunnel Interior Structure Construction Manager for the $3.3BN Hampton Roads Bridge Tunnel Expansion Project (HRBT) in Virginia, you will lead and carry out construction processes in accordance with the direction, policies, and objectives set by the Tunnel Construction Manager.

The primary responsibility of this position is to lead Superintendents in construction activities on the site – including planning, preparation, and execution. Secondary duties of this position are to assist the Tunnel Construction Manager in the completion of all construction activities of the affiliate.
