JT4, LLC provides engineering and technical support to multiple western test ranges for the U.S.

Air Force, Space Force, and Navy under the Joint Range Technical Services Contract, better known as J-Tech II.

JT4 develops and maintains realistic, integrated test and training environments and prepares our nation's war-fighting aircraft, weapons systems, and aircrews for today's missions and tomorrow's global challenges.

JT4 will be hiring multiple candidates for this position with varying experience and skill levels.

JOB DUTIES
- ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS JT4 has an immediate need for Electro Optics/Infrared (EO/IR) engineers to support technical work and professional engineering in the development, sustainment, and operation of unique EO/IR systems to support the USAF Test & Evaluation mission.

This involves systems engineering from inception to operation, including requirements development, modeling and simulation, acquisition, validation, verification, operation, and sustainment, both individually and as part of a team.

Job Description Develop plans and procedures for the integration, characterization, and testing of complex EO/IR test capabilities.

Play a significant role in the definition and development of EO/IR test products.

Develop system specifications, including design verification methods, calibration, and test procedures for EO/IR test systems.

Execute tests, collect and analyze test data to optimize performance, and support system design enhancements.

Perform system performance modeling, tolerance analysis, and requirements flow-down analysis to demonstrate performance compliance in support of the development, characterization, and testing of new deliverable test systems.

Collaborate with Software Engineering to develop tests for infrared/visible cameras, laser tests, and test equipment control for both deliverable and in-house test equipment.

Work with engineering staff to document changes made to hardware and deviations from standard procedures as necessary.

Conduct concept design and analysis to support potential new customer applications.

REQUIREMENTS
- EDUCATION, TECHNICAL, AND WORK EXPERIENCE The candidate must have a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from an ABET-accredited academic institution and 4 years of related engineering experience or have an accredited Master of Science in Engineering with at least 2 years of related engineering experience or have an accredited doctoral degree in engineering.

The candidate must have mastery of concepts, principles, and practices of engineering that enables the employee to serve as a technical authority on projects relating to the specific programs.

The position requires sufficient knowledge and skill to apply the latest developments in engineering to solve problems in the specialty area along with excellent communication and analytical skills.

The candidate must have a working knowledge of computer systems and computer-based engineering tools and possess planning/organizing skills.

The position may require the ability to investigate, troubleshoot, and design solutions to problems in operational hardware and software.

The candidate must possess a valid, state-issued driver's license.

The candidate must be able to obtain and maintain a DoD security clearance up to top secret with special access.

Must be a U.S.

citizen.

SALARY The expected salary range for this position is $110,000 to 185,000 annually.

The primary responsibility of an Account Executive is to obtain orders or contracts for Tradesmen’s services. Key Performance Objectives:

  • Commitment to Safety – Conduct safety walkouts with Field Employees and review safety check-lists to ensure safety protocols are being upheld.
  • Ensure Client Satisfaction – Conduct routine check-ins with Clients and Field Employees to take a pulse on satisfaction/needs, own and troubleshoot issues as they arise to a thorough resolution.

The base salary for this position is $75,000. Employees in this position are also eligible for commissions, provided the employee meets the requirements of the applicable commission plan. Annual commission payments range from nothing to upwards of $25,000+, with most employees working a full year in the position typically earning between $5,000 to $10,000 in commissions. Employees in this position may also, in some circumstances, be eligible for bonus payments on top of the salary and commission payments described above.

Role Summary

This Vice President will play a key role, designing and executing marketing strategies to support the growth of ourRetirementbusiness, which includes a range of investment, managed advice/accounts and value-added capabilities distributed through plan sponsors, consultants, DC specialist financial advisors and intermediary home offices/aggregators.


The Vice President will partner with client-facing business leaders, product strategy, investment teams and broader AM Marketing teams to identify and harness the top commercial priorities and translate them into full-funnel plans, fueling our business growth objectives with this critical segment.


Position Responsibilities:

  • Channel marketing vision and implementation: Research, plan, develop and implement an integrated marketing strategy for AM’s retirement client segments to fuel overall business growth objectives.
  • Brand narrative: Ensure the AM value proposition, and associated retirement derivation and messaging pillars are infused through all marketing activities globally.
  • Client research: Partner with AM brand marketing and retirement business leaders to track, manage and analyze client research to determine how AM is perceived by our retirement clients and identify which perceptions need to be addressed to enable the business to move forward.
  • Capabilities and solutions: position full range of investment solutions (capital preservation, public equities and fixed income and alternatives), managed advice offering and thought leadership.

  • Risk management: Maintaining strict adherence to regulatory and procedural guidelines for all marketing communications including proactive management of operational risk.

  • In-depth knowledge of the retirement asset management industry: clients, products, regulations, competitors
  • Well-developed strategic thinking with commercial awareness and business acumen
  • Demonstrable track record of leading and executingeffectively across matrixed, complex organizations with excellent communication, influencing and presentation skills as well as the ability to engage with partners at all levels
  • Ability to present investment views in a thoughtful and well-reasoned manner, synthesize information from multiple sources and develop a clear, compelling story

Salary Range
The expected base salary for this Chicago, Illinois, United States-based position is $110000-$230000. In addition, you may be eligible for a discretionary bonus if you are an active employee as of fiscal year-end.
