Responsibilities:
  • Installs, repairs, adjusts, maintains, retrofits, and troubleshoots refrigerant controls, compressors, heat pumps, split systems, ductless splits, packaged units, electric motors, motor controls, commercial furnaces and related controls, water pumps, exhaust fans, unit heaters, economizers, humidifiers, capacity controls, sizes of air compressors and air dryers, and related accessories and controls, chillers, (reciprocating, screw and centrifugal), cooling towers, automation control systems, and allΒ types of glycol systems.
  • Maintains accurate and up to date records and logs of all work performed.

Pay Range

$128,600.00-$176,800.00 Annual

This is the base salary pay range that an applicant can expect to make upon hire. Pay within this range will vary based upon relevant experience, skills, and education among other factors. In addition, this position is eligible for an incentive bonus.

The Corporate Environmental Manager will be responsible for ensuring JM manufacturing facilities are in compliance with applicable regulations, identifying and implementing programs that improve factory environmental performance, communicating environmental issues and progress at all levels in the company, and mentoring and developing factory environmental staff. This position is accountable, along with plant managers, for eliminating or reducing factory environmental violations, tracking factory performance metrics, renewing and amending environmental operating permits, leading the development of air pollution construction permits and implementing new programs to address emerging regulations.

Your Day to Day:

  • Develop and implement environmental compliance systems and programs for JM's factory operations and employees
  • Represent the company with state and federal agencies for air permitting and other issues as required

The EM is responsible for implementation of company policies and procedural plans related to all environmental media, including air, stormwater, groundwater, solid, and/or hazardous waste. This position has direct responsibility for conducting on-site fieldwork associated with sampling, monitoring, observing, and recording environmental data; and preparing reports, records, and plans required by regulatory permit, plan, or agreement. The EM assists in the overall planning, design, installation, and operation of pollution control equipment and associated metering and/or measuring devices. The EM delivers training programs and provides other advice to management on practical and necessary steps to prevent or abate pollution arising from operations and maintain compliance with regulatory requirements contained within a variety of environmental permits, plans and policies. The EM provides first line immediate environmental emergency responses to incidents, spills, releases, and accidents. This position operates within flexible parameters. Essential Functions

  • Ensures all Company Environmental standards are strictly adhered to.

Job Conditions

Office and active field working environment including collection of samples for testing, general information gathering, and project management at various locations. It is necessary to be able to walk/climb in active industrial yards with uneven surfaces and to out-of-the-way areas. Must be comfortable with heights. Occasional exposure to inclement weather conditions and travel is required. Increased time spent involved in environmental issues at sites owned/operated by joint ventures and/or sister companies. Strong analytical, interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills required. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, environmental management systems, and environmental testing or analytical equipment. Ability to apply principles of logical or scientific thinking to define problems; collect data; establish facts; draw valid conclusions in controlled situations; and read and understand engineering plans and specifications.

Job Summary

The EHS Compliance Specialist is a critical, high-visibility role responsible for the leadership, ownership, and continuous improvement of all Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) programs. This position ensures complete compliance with OSHA, TOSHA, EPA, and internal quality standards (ISO 14001, IATF 16949 requirements) to maintain a proactive, injury-free work environment. Job Summary:

Reporting to the Manager, Air Operations, this role is responsible for the supervision, administration, and work management of Retail Air Team. Collaborate with Management across departments, including Outside Sales, to generate retail revenue, maintain a healthy profit margin and provide optimum customer service in the retail channel. Primary Functions:

The position is a full-time, 10-week work experience during Summer 2026. College students are eligible for this position. Each day involves traveling to collect water samples at client sites (mostly schools and child care facilities). The role is based in Brownsville, Texas, and will include three weeks of work in Mission, TX during the last three weeks of the position. For candidates located outside of the area, relocation and a housing stipend will be provided. The position includes frequent travel and fieldwork.


We are accepting applications and conducting three rounds of interviews on a rolling basis throughout March and April. All offers will be provided by late-April 2026.


Key Details

  • Compensation: $20 - $23 / hour, typically 40 hours per week
  • Work days typically begin around 6:30 or 7 AM and conclude around 3 or 4 PM.Β A lunch break in the middle of the day is provided and there may be down time between traveling to sites.

How will you make an impact?

We are seeking a highly skilled, technically proficientΒ and detail-orientedΒ Principal Mechanical EngineerΒ with expertise inΒ metal structures, frame design, pipes and fabricationΒ to support the development ofΒ power and cooling infrastructureΒ for data centers. This role is critical in designing robust mechanical systems that house and support electrical and thermal management equipment, ensuring structural integrity, manufacturability, and compliance with industry standards.

What will you do?

  • Experience designing and integratingΒ hydronic systemsΒ including pumps, piping networks, valves, and heat exchangers for data center cooling applications.

  • Knowledge ofΒ fluid dynamics, pressure drop calculations, and pipe sizing for chilled water and glycol-based systems.

  • Understanding ofΒ installation constraints, maintenance access, and serviceability in large-scale mechanical infrastructure.

  • Design and develop mechanical frames, enclosures, and support structures for data center power and cooling products (UPS systems, battery racks, CRAC units, containment systems, LVS, MVS).

  • Perform advanced structural analysis using FEA tools to validate mechanical integrity under static, dynamic, seismic, and thermal loads.

  • Analyze load paths, stress concentrations, and fatigue life of structural components to ensure long-term reliability.

  • Design metal enclosures with considerations for airflow, thermal containment, EMI shielding, and environmental protection.

  • Evaluate and implement new materials, coatings, and fabrication technologies to enhance product performance and reliability.

  • Participate in customer engagements and site visits to understand deployment constraints and gather feedback for design improvements.

  • Create detailed CAD models and fabrication drawings, including weldments, sheet metal, and machined parts

  • Select appropriate materials and fabrication methods to optimize cost, performance, and reliability

  • Collaborate with electrical, thermal, and systems engineering teams to integrate mechanical designs with functional components.

  • Lead mechanical design reviews and contribute to cross-functional design validation efforts.

  • Develop and maintain design documentation including BOMs, specifications, test plans, and engineering change orders (ECOs).

  • Drive continuous improvement in mechanical design for manufacturability (DFM), cost reduction, and performance optimization.

  • Interface with suppliers and customers to resolve fabrication issues and ensure quality standards are met.

  • Support lifecycle management of mechanical components, including obsolescence planning and alternate sourcing.

  • Conduct root cause analysis and corrective actions for mechanical failures or field issues.

  • Ensure mechanical designs support airflow management, thermal containment, and integration with cooling systems (in-row cooling, rear door heat exchangers).

  • Collaborate with compliance and certification teams to ensure mechanical designs meet global regulatory requirements (UL, CE, RoHS, REACH)

  • May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned

How will you get here?Β 

Education :

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related engineering discipline.

Experience :

  • 8+ years of experience in mechanical design and fabrication, preferably in data center, industrial, or power systems environment.

  • Proficiency in CAD tools (SolidWorks, Creo, Inventor) and FEA software (ANSYS, Abaqus).

  • Strong knowledge of metal fabrication processes including welding, sheet metal forming, and machining is a must

  • Experience with structural design for heavy equipment or large assemblies, and familiarity with thermal and airflow considerations in enclosure design is required

  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills

  • Hands-on experience with prototype fabrication and testing; Experience working with global suppliers and contract manufacturers a plus
