Primary responsibilities of the Senior Data Analyst include supporting and analyzing data anomalies for multiple environments including but not limited to Data Warehouse, ODS, Data Replication/ETL Data Management initiatives. Segra is searching for a qualified and experienced Billing Transformation Data Analyst to join us in a full-time capacity.

Location Requirement:

This work arrangement for this role is a hybrid position, requiring three (3) days in the office, with flexibility to work remotely two (2) days each week.

Role Overview:

The Billing Transformation Data Analyst will need to be detail-oriented and analytical. The incumbent will be responsible for analyzing billing data, ensuring accuracy in customer invoicing, and supporting revenue assurance initiatives. The incumbent will also assist others on the team who work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, Finance, and Customer Service—to identify and resolve billing discrepancies, automate reporting processes, and optimize billing system performance.

Data Analyst, E-commerce Merchandising & Operations

We're looking for a sharp, Data Analyst, E-commerce Merchandising & Operations to join our team. This is a hands-on, detail-intensive role where you'll own the day-to-day operations across our U.S. and Canada official websites and TikTok Shop — from product listing optimization and sales data analysis to inventory management, order processing, and backend troubleshooting. You'll touch every step of the eCommerce workflow. What You'll Do

Visual Merchandising & Frontend Operations

• Set up and continuously optimize product listings, categories, filters, and sorting logic across our U.S. and Canada websites.
• Execute A/B tests on product placement and visual merchandising; measure impact on conversion, engagement, and time-on-site.
• Manage daily frontend operations across all digital sales channels — inventory adjustments, product rearrangements, pricing updates, and stock monitoring.

• Collaborate with the Senior Merchandising Specialist to identify top- and underperforming styles by channel.

Backend Operations & Cross-Functional Communication

• Monitor daily operations and sales performance on TikTok Shop in coordination with our operations agency.
• Oversee product flow and availability — warehouse-to-site transfers, backend system updates, and inventory sync accuracy.
• Collaborate with SCM and 3PL teams to verify order status and proactively follow up on delayed or missing shipments.
• Communicate with Accounting to resolve invoicing, refund, and payment issues impacting order processing.
• Partner with Customer Service on escalated inquiries regarding order status, returns, exchanges, and product issues.
• Identify and escalate discrepancies between warehouse stock and system data; lead resolution efforts.
• Report technical errors or sync failures to HQ and maintain clear communication across all internal teams.

What We're Looking For

Position Summary:

The IBP Strategic Data Analyst will manage, maintain, govern, and analyze SAP MRP and all modules of Planning systems/Platforms. Master Data to ensure and measure integrity, accuracy, and consistency. Provide clear direction, training and lead activities related to master data management and settings within the systems. Job Title: Data Analyst

Duration : 06+ months contract to hire

Location :Remote

Additional qualities to look for: Healthcare background is a plus

SQL, SSIS, SSRS, Active Batch, Control M, SQL Server

Strong Data Analysis, Data Validation, ETL

May include:

• Financial, pharmacy, claims, provider, and member data IRS, CMS, HHSC, HEDIS reporting
• Internal data cleansing and data reconciliation analysis
• Trend analysis in various functional areas of health care management
• Create and generate reports through MS-Excel, MS-Access, and SQL using Business Objects interface and direct links to core databases (ODS/EDW)
• Produce reports for and interface with senior management and internal and external stakeholders
• Gather and interpret business requirements and monitor data trends to proactively identify issues
• Execute data changes and update core systems as needed
• Handle multiple projects and timelines effectively and communicate risks and issues to manager regularly
• Assist with training lower level Data Analysts
• Performs other duties as assigned
• Complies with all policies and standards
