About the Role:
- As a Client Data Analyst, you will perform basic analysis to ensure that recommendations and business conclusions are backed by thorough data research and findings.
- This job is part of the Data Science & Analytics job function. They are responsible for reviewing data that supports improving effectiveness and predicting outcomes to develop business intelligence.
What You'll Do:
- Coordinate data aggregation and curate reports using existing business intelligence and reporting applications.
- Perform ad-hoc, strategic review of structured and unstructured data, reflecting global real estate markets and the operations of real estate assets.
- Assist with developing data structures and pipelines to organize, collect, cleanse, and standardize information to generate insights.

Investor Relations
- Contribute to investor reporting by helping compile updates, quarterly reports, and performance summaries.
- Assist in responding to investor requests by gathering financial and operational data.

Financial Analysis and Reporting
- Maintain and update debt and equity schedules, with attention to key terms, maturities, and reporting deadlines.
- Support the underwriting of new transactions and refinancing opportunities through financial modeling and market research.

Market Research and Trends
- Assist in tracking market trends related to interest rates, lender appetite, and capital availability.

Qualification Requirements:

Role Overview:
The Billing Transformation Data Analyst will need to be detail-oriented and analytical. Required Qualifications
Educational Requirements

Position Summary:
The IBP Strategic Data Analyst will manage, maintain, govern, and analyze SAP MRP and all modules of Planning systems/Platforms. Master Data to ensure and measure integrity, accuracy, and consistency. Provide clear direction, training and lead activities related to master data management and settings within the systems. The IBP Strategic Data Analyst will leverage data-driven insights and best practices to reduce costs, and support business growth initiatives for plant production of a quality, cost-effective product delivered to customers.
Essential Job Functions:
- Ensure effective Master Data Management (Planning and MRP) and system functionality through governance, routines, reports, and stakeholder collaboration. Maintain SAP MRP and Planning data integrity—ensuring reliability, completeness, and accuracy for optimal supply chain, inventory, and transportation planning. Conduct audits, implement data validation, and recommend system enhancements to improve SAP and Planning System utilization. Support new product introductions, promotional packaging, and seasonal inventory planning by coordinating with stakeholders and tracking KPIs.
- Deliver training and analytical reports to enhance operational practices and system utilization. Drive continuous improvement in MRP/Planning through root cause analysis and performance reporting. Job Description: Data Analyst – Global Patient Access Program (GPAP)
Location: North Chicago, IL, USA (Hybrid eligible), AP30
Overview: The Data Analyst for the Patient Assistance Program (PAP), supporting GPAP’s data transformation and governance, will be instrumental in building and maintaining the backbone of automated reporting and KPI dashboards. This role ensures a single source of truth for GPAP operations, drives analytics innovation, and supports the integration and consistency of data across the program. You’ll collaborate closely with workstream leaders, lead in bi-weekly scrum sessions, and deliver insight-rich, timely outputs for senior leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop, automate, and maintain standardized PAP reporting, KPI dashboards, and ad hoc analytics tools using Tableau, Excel, and Snowflake.
• Lead twice-weekly Scrum sessions with workstream team members, ensuring progression of data tasks, intake of new data requests, and alignment on analytics approaches in a Smart Sheet-driven, agile environment.
• Ensure data consistency, quality, and accuracy across all platforms, supporting GPAP governance and the creation/control of the 'source of truth.'
• Enable and facilitate self-service dashboards and reporting marts for internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners (BTS, ACA, GPAP, Steer Co) to support program data needs, forecasting, and reporting methodologies.
• Support quarterly and weekly reporting processes—including application, shipment, and claim-level analytics.
• Partners with data lead to document extraction methods, automate/accelerate reporting, and track program impacts, escalations, and business intelligence.
• Identify new opportunities for advanced analytics or insights to increase PAP operational efficiency and program sustainability.
Qualifications:
• Bachelors in a relevant field (Analytics, IT, Business, Data Science, or related)
• 3-5 years’ experience in data analytics, reporting, or business intelligence in healthcare, pharma, or related industry
• Advanced proficiency in Tableau and Excel; experience with Smart Sheet and Snowflake (SQL skills required)
• Demonstrated experience leading agile meetings (scrum/project management preferred)
• Strong attention to detail, data integrity, and quality control
• Experience in KPI development, dashboard design, and self-service reporting
• Effective communicator with ability to drive cross-team consensus and present findings to varied audiences
• Collaborative mindset, able to work in fast-paced, matrixed environments

Preferred:
• Experience in patient assistance programs or US healthcare market access
