Your key responsibilitiesAs a Director with EY-Parthenon's Strategy and Execution Commercial Strategy practice, you will be a vital member of the team leading and executing strategy development, transactions, and turn-arounds for our clients. The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $205,000 to $235,000. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography. Position Summary & HighlightsThis MA position will act as a float between the Boise, Nampa and Caldwell medical oncology and radiation oncology clinic locations and will support multiple providers at the Cancer Institute.
This position will work at our Boise, Nampa, and Caldwell clinic locations to help cover for sick calls, PTO, lab support, and scheduling needs including treatment scheduling. See clinic location details below.
The Saint Alphonsus Cancer Institute is proud to be the leading cancer program in Idaho and Eastern Oregon. Our committed team of oncologists and surgeons use advanced technology to provide the highest quality of care for all types of cancer, treating it at the earliest stage.
We offer advanced diagnostic tools like low-dose CT and 3D imaging, precision radiation therapies, and integrated care plans and support programs. These help provide seamless care for patients and families.
Saint Alphonsus also holds the region's largest clinical trials.
You will coordinate and partner with the clinical care team to help support all aspects of patient care while patients are undergoing treatment.
This may include complete chart prep, assist patients with moving within the clinics, rooming and taking vitals, and setting up for procedures.
You will also work a lot on the computer including items in the work queue, scheduling new patients, scheduling patients for procedures, related appointments, and follow up visits and complete related paperwork.
You will also be crossed trained in the Radiation Oncology clinic.

Job Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging training programs focused on hockey product knowledge and effective sales techniques for retail store teams.
- Collaborate with management to assess training needs based on store KPIs and staff performance.
- Identify and address training and development opportunities for both new hires and existing employees.
- Continuously evaluate and refine training strategies, content, and delivery methods to maximize effectiveness.
- Partner with Area Managers to align on key training priorities and deliver targeted, efficient in-person training tailored to individual store needs.
- Facilitate training sessions for both small and large groups, virtually and in person.
- Lead change management initiatives related to learning strategy implementation, ensuring successful adoption and integration of new programs.
- Ensure store staff remain current and compliant with all required online training courses.
Non-Negotiable Requirements:
- This is an in-store role with rotating store locations; it is not a work-from-home or hybrid position.
- Willingness and ability to travel approximately 75% of the time between local locations and 25% to other markets, including occasional air travel and overnight hotel stays.
- Strong confidence and comfort with public speaking and group facilitation.
- Genuine passion for hockey products, with a self-driven approach to continuously expanding product knowledge.

SUMMARY:
The Location General Manager (LGM) has ultimate responsibility for store operations of one or more assigned locations. The LGM creates an exceptional associate and customer experience aligned with CarMax culture.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Management of total store operations including associate development, profitability, customer satisfaction with a concentration on the sales process and budget management
- Utilizes reports, analyzes information, and monitors trends to identify opportunities in the business
- Displays financial responsibility through P&L management
- Identifies opportunities to reduce waste; identifies process improvements that are value added for customer and associate experience
- Interviews, hires, trains and promotes associates to support store operations and company growth
- Ensures positive associate engagement and associate development through timely and effective feedback, to include individual meetings, file reviews, performance management, and the Annual Performance Review (APR) process
- Leads senior management team in setting strategy for the store and provides vision, direction, and motivation to team
- Champions and implements both company and store initiatives for consistent execution and continuous improvement
- Manages daily store operations by interpreting, communicating and executing policies and procedures
- Resolves customer and associate issues
- Facilitates and participates in meetings and conference calls
Qualifications:

- Rotating schedule with shifts that will include nights, weekends, holidays, 12 hour days
- Occasional travel for meetings, training, and special assignments

- Hold BP meetings as needed to review claims, settlements, compliance, etc.
- Participate in Client and internal conference calls
- Provide Weekly updates on your locations. Weekly recap should include:
- Your schedule for the week
- Summarized update of location(s)
- Standup recap
- Ride behind recap
- Aging invoices update (if applicable)
- Other duties as assigned
