Role Summary:

We are searching for a talented, motivated and highly detailed Commercial Village Catering Supervisor to join our team to help in the planning & execution of amazing experiences for the FIFA World Cup 26™ Premium Hospitality Programs.

As our Commercial Village Catering Supervisor, you oversee day-to-day operations across the commercial village. You ensure consistent service standards, and supports effective communication between clients, catering staff, and venue leadership. The role is responsible for managing lounge readiness, monitoring product usage, and maintaining accurate daily KPI tracking in alignment with tournament and venue standards. You will support the Venue Operations & Catering teams in the day-to-day operation by performing certain tasks, whereby your role will include key responsibilities such as:

Key Responsibilities:

• Complete and maintain daily KPI tracking worksheets, documenting product usage, service metrics, and operational notes specific to an outdoor, offsite environment.
• Serve as the primary on-site contact for lounge clients, responding quickly to service needs, troubleshooting issues, and escalating concerns when required.
• Mitigate day-of operational challenges—such as weather impacts, equipment needs, or product movement—by coordinating with offsite catering teams, runners, and logistical support.
• Provide clear and timely updates, operational challenges, and recommendations to the Venue Catering Manager throughout the tournament.
• Ensure the lounge is properly set, stocked, and guest-ready each day, maintaining high standards of presentation, cleanliness, and functionality despite variable conditions.
• Uphold all venue, tournament, and safety protocols, including outdoor service standards and compliance requirements for offsite catering operations.

Experience/Qualifications Needed:

• 3–5 years of experience in the catering or hospitality industry, with a focus on offsite/pop up catering and multi-unit operations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Restaurant Management, Hospitality Management, Food Service, or a related field; or an equivalent combination of education, training, and hands-on experience.
• Must be comfortable working outside for extended amounts of time.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat, Zoom, DocuSign, and Smartsheet, with the ability to manage administrative and operational workflows efficiently.
• Exceptional organizational and process management skills, with a proven ability to follow structured procedures and maintain operational consistency.
• Maintains composure under pressure, consistently delivering high performance and sound decision-making in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills, with experience resolving conflicts and collaborating across diverse teams.

As a Sr. Data Engineer, you will play a key role in implementing
and maintaining AMA's enterprise data platform to support analytics,
interoperability, and responsible AI adoption. This role partners closely with
platform engineering, data governance, data science, IT security, and business

role contributes to AMA's modern lakehouse architecture, optimizing data

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Data Engineering & AI Enablement

• Build and maintain scalable data pipelines and
  ETL/ELT workflows supporting analytics, operational reporting, and AI/ML use

  transformation, modeling, and orchestration within a modern lakehouse
  environment (e.g., Databricks, Delta Lake, Azure Data Lake).

REQUIREMENTS:

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field preferred or equivalent work experience and HS diploma/equivalent education required.
2. 5+ years of experience in data engineering within cloud environments
3. Experience in people management preferred.
4. Demonstrated hands-on experience with modern data platforms (Databricks preferred).
5. Proficiency in Python, SQL, and data
   transformation frameworks.
6. Experience designing and operationalizing
   ETL/ELT pipelines, orchestration workflows (Airflow, Databricks Workflows), and
   CI/CD processes.
7. Solid understanding of data modeling,
   structured/unstructured data patterns, and schema design.
8. Experience implementing governance and quality
   controls: metadata, lineage, validation, stewardship workflows.
9. Working knowledge of cloud architecture, IAM,
   networking, and security best practices.
10. Demonstrated ability to collaborate across
    technical and business teams.
11. Exposure to AI/ML engineering concepts, feature
    stores, model monitoring, or MLOps patterns.
12. Experience with infrastructureascode
    (Terraform, CloudFormation) or DevOps tooling.

This role is an exempt position, and the salary range for this position is $115,523.42-$150,972.44. This is the lowest to highest salary we believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. An employee's pay within the salary range will be determined by a variety of factors including but not limited to business consideration and geographical location, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience. ABOUT THIS OPPORTUNITY
We are seeking skilled Make-Ready Designers (primary focus) and Power Distribution Designers to support engineering programs for major electric and telecom utilities. Ideal candidates bring demonstrated experience in overhead utility pole design, NESC application, clearance assessment, pole loading analysis, and construction package development. Useful design platforms include DDS, Katapult, O-Calc, GIS, MicroStation, AutoCAD, or client-specific drafting systems.

In this role, you will review field/walkout data, evaluate existing attachment conditions, model pole loading, determine make-ready requirements, and prepare accurate construction-ready deliverables. Applicants without utility pole design or distribution engineering experience will not be considered.

Note: This position is remote, but new hires must attend a 2-week paid, in-person orientation at our Perrysburg, OH headquarters.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
• Execute overhead distribution and make-ready design work orders while meeting quality, time, and budget expectations
• Apply established engineering design standards, NESC requirements, and internal processes
• Perform end-to-end make-ready, joint-use, and/or general distribution design
• Conduct permitting and easement research (pole ownership, ROW, property rights, approvals)
• Collaborate with team members to resolve design challenges and ensure accurate deliverables
• Use design software such as AutoCAD, MicroStation, DDS, PoleForeman, O-Calc, Katapult, or client systems
• Perform quality control reviews when required
• Support additional duties as assigned

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
• High school diploma or equivalent required; an associate degree or higher in engineering, drafting, or a related field is preferred
• Minimum 2 years of experience in make-ready engineering, joint-use design, or electric power distribution design (3+ years strongly preferred)
• Proven experience in utility pole design, including NESC application, clearance analysis, pole loading concepts, and preparation of construction-ready design packages
• Proficiency with CAD or MicroStation; experience with DDS, Katapult, O-Calc, or similar utility design platforms is strongly preferred
• Solid understanding of power distribution construction practices, with the ability to learn utility-specific proprietary systems efficiently
• Must hold a valid driver’s license, maintain active auto insurance, and pass all required background, drug, and MVR screenings
• Authorization to work in the United States is required
• Willingness to travel occasionally, including minimal overnight travel when project needs require
• Ability to work a standard Monday–Friday schedule aligned to Eastern Time, with Central/Mountain/Pacific adjustments as appropriate

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
• Ability to work for extended periods using a computer keyboard, monitor, and telephone
• Ability to prepare and analyze data, review detailed information, and work with design tools requiring close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment
• Ability to communicate effectively through oral and written channels
