Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Biochemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 10+ years of experience in life sciences manufacturing process engineering within pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or advanced therapy environments.
• Demonstrated experience supporting at least one major life sciences manufacturing modality, such as:
• Monoclonal antibodies (mAbs)
• Fill–finish (aseptic or non-aseptic)
• Advanced therapy medicinal products (ATMPs), including cell and gene therapies
• mRNA
• Vaccines
• Active pharmaceutical ingredients (API)
• Oral solid dosage (OSD)
• Exposure to additional modalities, platforms, or production technologies is preferred but not required.
• Strong understanding of regulated manufacturing processes, unit operations, and equipment typical of life sciences facilities.
• Experience translating process requirements into facility design inputs, equipment layouts, and engineering criteria.
• Familiarity with GMP/GxP environments and regulatory expectations.
• Experience working in a design-build or fast-track project delivery environment preferred.

Your missions include:

• Project Leadership: Manage project schedules, track costs, and provide regular reporting to stakeholders.
• Strategic Management: Ensure effective priority management and coordinate business-related validations.
• Client Relations: Act as the primary operational point of contact, building strong, long-term relationships with our clients.
• Engineer tailored solutions within TEEXMA by translating complex requirements into robust functional specifications and technical configurations.
• Functional Design & Configuration: Deep-dive into industry processes to architect, configure, and optimize technical workflows within the TEEXMA platform, ensuring full alignment with operational client needs.
• Preparing and presenting compelling product demonstrations, based on documented needs, requirements, and use cases.
• Change Management: Guide clients through the transition process, providing support and conducting training sessions.
• Product Evolution: Participate in peripheral projects, including functional analysis and software evolution.

Your Profile:

• You hold a Master's degree in Engineering.
• 1 to 5 years of experience in project management or software implementation (SaaS/IT sectors).
• Full professional proficiency in English
• Customer-centric, analytical, and an excellent communicator
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Systems Engineer with 3–5 years of experience in feature or system ownership within off-highway vehicle platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for defining, developing, and managing system-level requirements and supporting communication architecture using CAN or Ethernet-based networks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and manage system or feature development from concept through validation.
• Generate high-level requirements and decompose them into detailed functional and technical requirements.
• Break down complex features into structured system requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including software, hardware, validation, and controls.
• Support system architecture definition for off-highway vehicle applications.
• Work with CAN and/or Ethernet-based communication networks.
• Participate in system integration, validation, and issue resolution activities.
• Ensure traceability of requirements and compliance with system standards.
• Support documentation, reviews, and change management processes.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in systems engineering or feature ownership.
• Experience in off-highway, heavy equipment, or automotive domain.
• Strong experience in requirements generation and requirement decomposition.
• Knowledge of CAN (Controller Area Network) and/or Ethernet communication protocols.
• Understanding of system lifecycle processes (V-model preferred).
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with requirement management tools (DOORS, Polarion, etc.).
• Knowledge of embedded systems and control systems.
• Exposure to diagnostics and network architecture.
• Familiarity with safety standards and system validation processes
