A well‐established, sophisticated boutique law firm is seeking an Estate Planning, Trusts, and Wills Attorney to join its growing practice. The firm handles advanced estate planning, trust administration, and complex wealth transfer strategies - including SLATs and other high-level planning instruments.

This is a rare opportunity to step directly into a thriving practice without needing a portable book of business.

The firm is also open to solo practitioners interested in integrating into a collaborative, well‐supported environment.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead complex estate planning and trust administration matters from initial strategy through execution
• Draft and review advanced planning instruments, including SLATs and multi-generational wealth-transfer structures
• Collaborate closely with the founding partner on client strategy, practice development, and firm growth
• Mentor and partner with experienced paralegals to ensure exceptional client service and administration
• Play an key role in shaping the firm's long-term succession plan, with clear potential for equity participation

Ideal Background

• 5+ years of experience in estate planning and trust administration
• Strong command of advanced planning techniques, including SLATs and multi‐generational strategies
• Strategic, self‐directed, and client‐focused
• Licensed in Florida, or an experienced attorney planning to sit for the FL bar
• No existing client base required—the firm prioritizes expertise above client service
