About the Internship

This 10-week summer internship is designed for students and early-career individuals who want hands-on experience inside a fast-growing company. Interns will work closely with Rugged Road’s leadership team and rotate across departments, gaining exposure to marketing, sales, operations, product development, and more.

You’ll see how ideas move from concept to execution and get a firsthand look at how real business decisions are made. This is not a sit-back-and-observe internship. You’ll be involved in meaningful work and contribute to projects that matter.

Whether you’re an aspiring content creator, sales professional, operations-minded problem solver, or someone hoping to one day start your own company, this program is designed to give you broad exposure and practical, real-world experience.

What You’ll Do

• Rotate across key areas of the business, including marketing, sales, operations, and product development
• Support real projects and initiatives that contribute to day-to-day business operations
• Gain hands-on experience seeing how a growing brand functions behind the scenes
• Participate in weekly Lunch & Learns with advisors, investors, and entrepreneurs who have helped shape Rugged Road’s journey
• Help bring the brand to life through activations, content creation, and customer engagement in the field
• Support outdoor events and brand experiences in places like the Chattahoochee River, Lake Lanier, and other activation locations

Role Description

We are seeking a Lead Pastry Chef to lead Mirae’s pastry program. This is a full-time, on-site leadership role in a fast-paced, high-level kitchen in Brookhaven, GA. Must be able to commute to Brookhaven, GA.

The ideal candidate is both technically skilled and highly creative—someone who thrives on precision, presentation, and innovation within the pastry arts. You will oversee all aspects of the pastry kitchen, from recipe development and production to plating and presentation. Responsibilities include:

A well-established commercial glass and glazing contractor in the Georgia market is looking to bring on a Senior Project Manager to oversee large-scale façade and glazing projects from preconstruction through closeout.

This role is ideal for an experienced PM who has strong knowledge of curtainwall, storefront, and exterior glazing systems, and who thrives managing complex commercial projects while coordinating with field teams, estimators, and general contractors.

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial glazing projects from contract award through project completion
• Oversee project budgets, schedules, procurement, and overall execution
• Coordinate with superintendents, field teams, and subcontractors to ensure project milestones are met
• Handle RFIs, submittals, change orders, and pay applications
• Maintain strong relationships with general contractors, vendors, and internal teams
• Track job costs and maintain profitability throughout the project lifecycle
• Lead project meetings and ensure compliance with contract documents and specifications

Requirements

• 5+ years of Project Management experience in commercial glass & glazing
• Experience managing curtainwall, storefront, window wall, and façade systems

• Proficiency with Bluebeam, AutoCAD, or other construction management software
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
