What You’ll Be Doing as a Compensation Program Specialist:
Provides day to day administration and support of employee compensation, recognition, and reward programs. Participates in the analysis of total rewards data and information and in the development of new programs and processes.

JOB SUMMARY
The Building Engineer is responsible for the physical operations of assigned properties, ensuring high project performance is met based on established goals and benchmarks.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS / PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Portfolio Management
- Manages maintenance, repairs, and capital improvements for assigned buildings. Including all building systems – mechanical, electrical, plumbing, structural, fire/life safety, elevator/escalator, building envelope
- Identifies, recommends, and implements preventative and on-going maintenance programs to preserve and/or upgrade building systems
- Stays abreast of latest technologies related to building systems and equipment
- Manages Energy Management System programs, performs in-house programming and develops computer-based graphics to ensure measures are taken to operate all systems while considering occupant comfort, efficiency and minimizing operating costs
Vendor Management
- Manages vendor relationships effectively to ensure service expectations and contract obligations are met and costs are within budget and/or opportunities for expense savings are achieved
- Oversees and inspects work performed by outside contractors seeing that the contract specifications are followed, and work is completed in a timely manner
- Competitively bids service agreements as necessary
- Provides quality assurance to all proposed work that will impact building systems by reviewing plans (approving or denying) to maintain building standards. Completes intermittent inspections to confirm work is being completed according to plan
- Works closely with building security and day janitors to ensure seamless delivery of building services to customers

JOB CONDITIONS
There is a high noise environment in mechanical rooms when chillers are operating. Some exposure to concentrated particulates during perimeter unit cleaning. Also, some extreme stretching, bending when inspecting perimeter units.
The individual in this position needs to move around a large office building, occasionally ascending/descending ladders and moving a variety of items/equipment up to 50 pounds. This person must also be adept at communicating and exchanging information with tenants, coworkers, and vendors. It is often important for this position to be exposed to outdoor weather conditions.
This is an essential services position, and as such, this individual is often called upon to assist in the welfare of our tenants and the safety of our buildings in emergency situations such as severe weather occurrences, etc. Working on-call evenings and rotating weekends is required.
All building staff may be subjected to a separate clearance/background check by Federal, State, or Municipal tenants.

Position Overview
The Senior Executive Assistant helps keep the Executive Director’s (ED) work running smoothly by managing their calendar, scheduling meetings, handling communications, and making sure they are prepared for daily tasks. This role involves organizing travel for the ED, preparing materials for meetings, and keeping records up to date. The Senior Executive Assistant also supports the wider team by helping with meetings, keeping systems organized, and assisting with team events and staff development. They assist with planning and running Board meetings and support other special projects and events. This is a key role that works closely with many people and helps the organization stay organized and on track. The successful candidate brings experience supporting senior leaders, is confident managing complex calendars and communications, exercises discretion, and works well in fast-paced, collaborative environments.
Roles and Responsibilities
Executive Support (60%)
- Manage the Executive Director’s (ED’s) calendar, scheduling, prioritization, and daily and periodic logistics.
- Serve as the primary administrative contact for the ED; screen and route communications, requests, and inquiries, ensuring timely responses and discretion with sensitive matters.
- Track tasks, correspondence, and follow-up action items to support executive priorities; provide prompts for the ED to follow-up, as needed.
- Prepare the ED for meetings, engagements, and presentations by coordinating materials, talking points, background information, draft slide decks, and briefings.
- Draft, edit, and format professional correspondence and communications.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and maintain organized filing systems for the ED’s projects and records.
- Maintain key calendars related to governance, stewardship, partner organizations and member Tribes events, and grants to ensure that the ED has timely access to critical dates and deadlines.
Internal Operations and Organizational Coordination (15%)
- Manage meeting logistics for the office, as directed, including scheduling, calendar invites, attendance tracking, meeting packets, communications, venue reservation and set-up, meals, audio-visual set-up, and follow-up.
- Maintain internal systems, including contact lists, shared calendars, dashboards, and directories.
- Maintain and improve administrative systems, processes, and documentation to enhance organizational efficiency.
- As directed by the ED, support internal team culture by coordinating onboarding and internal communications.
Board and Governance Support (10%)
- Coordinate logistics, and scheduling for Executive Board and committee meetings, retreats, and orientations.
- Prepare meeting materials that include draft agendas, talking points, presentation slides, and collating background information.
- Prepare, archive, and track Board documentation such as agendas, minutes, reports, and follow-up actions.
- Provide administrative support to Board members, including travel arrangements, reimbursements, and other requests.
- As directed, assist the ED with coordination of special projects in collaboration with Tribal leaders of ATNI member Tribes, ATNI Committee Co-Chairs, and other high-priority partners.
- Take notes and develop draft meeting minutes.
Event and Project Support (10%)

- Assist with strategic projects by conducting background research and preparing materials.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan, support, and document project activities and deliverables.
- Provide operational assistance to ATNI staff as directed by the ED.

Rotating weekends and holiday coverage required.

Your Responsibilities
Deliver advanced and routine diagnostic imaging following VA and ARRT/ARDMS protocols
Prepare, position, and educate patients for exams; ensure safety and comfort at all times
Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot cutting-edge imaging equipment
Accurately document procedures and manage patient records in electronic health systems
Uphold rigorous infection control and patient safety standards
Participate in on-call rotations and support emergency imaging needs

Role Highlights
MRI Technologists: Operate advanced MRI, follow detailed radiologist protocols, and support specialized imaging needs.

Qualifications
MRI & X-Ray: ARRT certification in your discipline; 2+ years’ hospital experience, with recent (last 6 months) relevant work
Ultrasound: ARDMS with at least two specialties (e.g., RVT, OB/GYN); 3+ years’ recent hospital experience
All positions require BCLS (Basic Life Support), health clearance (including PPD, vaccinations), and professional liability insurance
Must be able and willing to commit to at least a 6-month assignment

RESPONSIBILITY
The Plating Manufacturing Engineer provides technical ownership and process expertise for the following plating layers and process sequences including Zincate(aluminum pre-treatment), Copper, Nickel, Tin, Tin-Copper (SnCu), Gold and Silver.
REQUIRED SKILLS, EDUCATION, AND EXPERIENCE
- Four-year college degree in an appropriate engineering discipline or equivalent required.
- 5-7 years related experience in a manufacturing environment.
