Position Summary
Lincoln Electric Products Co. Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assembly Manager to join our team in Union, NJ. This individual will play a critical role in overseeing the daily operations of the assembly department, driving efficiency, and ensuring the seamless execution of organizational goals. Primary Job Function:
- The Low-Voltage Switchboard Assembly Manager oversees the factory's production (including EV) and assembly of low-voltage switchgear systems.
- This includes managing operations and personnel involved in the assembly process to ensure efficient production, high-quality output, and timely delivery.
- The role demands strong leadership, operational expertise, and a focus on continuous improvement in a unionized manufacturing environment.
Key Job Responsibilities:
- Production Planning: The Assembly Manager is responsible for developing production plans, scheduling work activities, and ensuring the availability of necessary resources, such as materials, tools, and equipment, to meet production targets.

- An effective leader who can help level load the factory and can plan a lookout for 3-4 weeks so that the company’s overhead expenses for overtime in the shop stay within budget.
- Should be a Team Player and an Inclusive Leader.
- Knowledge about hand tools and measuring devices.

Job Summary: As a Project Manager at IEF, you will be accountable for successfully executing assigned projects from the contract award through project closeout. This includes managing schedules, budgets, client relationships, and internal coordination across engineering, production, procurement, and field operations. The Project Manager serves as the central point of accountability to ensure projects are delivered safely on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Accountabilities:
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets in alignment with contract requirements and company goals.

The Addressable Activation department serve as KINESSO's hands-on-keyboard platform experts, focusing on all aspects of successful campaign execution and stewardship. In this role you will be responsible for managing Sr. Associates & Associates and supporting in the development, planning, buying, executing and measuring media plans for designated shopper/commerce media clients. The Commerce team is a specialty group that focuses on the planning, buying, execution and measurement of Commerce media. Commerce media is any specific media elements that are retailer focused/tagged. This can be in-store signage such as a coupon machine or shelfblade, a billboard driving shoppers to a Walmart store, digital ads (search, display, OLV/STV, etc) on Amazon or site via managed or self service, tapping influencers that support certain retailers or working with shoppable technology companies to ensure ease of conversion.
