Key Responsibilities Develop, mix, and test fluoropolymer compounds for electrical and fiber optic systems Collaborate across engineering, manufacturing, and equipment teams to implement new material solutions Build prototypes and scale concepts to full production Create clear technical documentation including test plans, reports, drawings, BOMs, procedures, and specifications Partner with suppliers to source materials and services Support manufacturing operations and continuous improvement initiatives Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Materials Engineering, or Chemical Engineering 2+ years of fluoropolymer experience in a manufacturing environment Mechanically inclined with strong problem-solving skills Ability to collaborate across diverse teams Strong written and verbal communication skills Interested in hearing more?
